RPA LE

Does anyone have any experience in mentioned tool? Pros/cons, comparision to others (specifically UiPath)? I may land a job soon with this technology and I wonder if it's as advanced as others.

There is a bug in NintexRPA where the "Force Century" in the ZeroFillDate action does not work if the century selected is "20". Therefore a date of 1930 could not be changed to 2030. 

Anyone experiencing issues? This morning i had massive targeting issues in Chrome and noticed the extension is updated as of 11/16/2022to 2.0. I'm hoping there is a fix for this before i go retargeting all my scripts. I have a case opened but was wondering if there were any known solutions

Has anyone completed this? I'm on the last activity of workflow part 1 and having trouble figuring out what function to use. I suspect either a math operation or a runif, but neither of those are finding int variable. So either I'm doing something wrong with the variable or I'm looking at the wrong functions.Solution must add 2% to the rental rate for each floor above the first floor(for example: floor 2 rate = normal rate x 1.02)

I have a database in MS SQL Serverthe database currently has 1 table with 10 columnsThe table is populated with data. I created a connection in Foxtrot to my MS SQL Server.I want to do a Open Data - SQLI fill in everything I can get a connection, I choose the database, and table.In the data WizardI click next, and in the output I choose .mdb file I check the overwrite checkbox and I get this error.Any help?

I've recently install RPAC on a Win11 VM hosted within Azure.  To test the unlocker I have a very small botflow that just unlocks the machine and opens the calculator (to confirm that yes it unlocked and made it to the next step).    When I test the unlocker using the 'test' button everything works fine.   When I launch the botflow from an RPAC scheduled task, the botflow launches, however it is unable to unlock the machine.  Just to rule out the obvious questions; there is no GPO applied, and the scheduled task was scheduled for 2-3 minutes after I disconnected so there shoudlnt be a session timeout involved.  When I re-connect to the machine, I can see the botflow that attempted to launch with the 'unable to unlock' error shown (See photo).  I have also verified that the RPA Unlocker version is the newest version on the Nintex website. Any suggestions or advise would be appreciated!  

Hi all, new to the RPA-scene!Nintex 15.1.10 on Windows11Tried to search FAQ and the forums but could not see anyone with similar issues. I am building my first botflow but i'm unable to properly use the selector (crosshair) to properly hover applications on my desktop. 1-2 seconds after clicking on the selector it auto clicks and returns basically a screenshot of the whole desktop.I'm trying to hover a specific application but it rapidly clicks on the desktop thus rendering me unable to select the specific application.I have reinstalled Nintex and scaling is set to 100%. Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong?BrStone

Foxtrot (v17.8) is suddenly having difficulty connecting to the email account (the error is "Failed to connect to the Email Account"). There have been no changes to the email account. This particular action has run without fail for years, so this isn't a set up issue- it truly just stopped working yesterday morning.  I've done all the usual checks, including updating the email password. When I check the settings in Foxtrot they appear correct. When I test the settings I find that it can send correctly, but the "receive" test fails. Any thoughts/suggestions are appreciated.

I am trying to select a button on a tab, but the smart target OCR is selecting the whole box, instead of the button I am trying to target.  This is an important part in the process of automation. Any help would be welcomed.   In the image attached, I am trying to select the work queue button, instead the entire box is been highlighted.

Hi all,  My question would be that how can I use Kryon Call Rest API for Post call with multiple parameters?As I see that the connection is working, but I can't pass the parameters during the POST.  Thanks in advance,  Best regards, Anuka 

Kryon studio cannot find folders, edit or delete. Kryon only finds folders using the right path, without using the path by variable, Excel commands are also not working using variables such as path or sheet name, I have to enter the path and name of the sheet directly. Example:He finds it like this.He doesn't think so. 

Currently using Nintex RPA version 15.1.6 to run a Botnet on a Fiserv Premier Certificate of Deposit application.   The browser used is Internet Explorer 11.  In previous botnets, I was able to target a field and select a Search action to allow consistent targeting of the field.  It appears the search action is no longer available.  Suggestions on targeting a Fiserv Premier field consistently to allow the botnet to run unattended?

Hi All—I am looking to halt a botflow for manual intervention when running via RPA Central.  I have tried using Stop Task and Message task when running an Error Task, but when botflow is running via RPA Central, it bypasses both actions. Please advise. Thanks!

Hi All,    Someone could you please tell me me how can I create Text variable which is contains multiple string values separated with NewLines? Does anyone have any recommendations on how to do fuzzy name matching within Nintex RPA? We want to compare Name 1 to Name 2, and give it a pass or fail.  Example:   Name 1 = Kenny W Smith Name 2 = Kenneth William Smith Result = Pass   Name 1 = William A Jones Name 2 = Frank M Jones Result = Fail    

Dear all, I'm the new user for Nintex Bot. Unfortunately, I'm facing to handling the popup windows on Chrome. Unfortunately, I'm facing the issue with "Go to next page and scrape a table from the website". I already found the solution for how to extract data from the current site, but just can't find the solution for click the next button if there are any the next pages.  My question would be that how could you solve this kind of task in Nintext RPA tool?  Thank you in advance and have a nice weekend 🙂 

Is anyone familiar with how RPA handles a botflow being assigned to multiple bots? My initial assumption was that any given botflow assigned to multiple bots would be run on each bot; however, I've noticed that the botflow will only run once among all the bots (example below for clarity).  I'm guessing that the botflow will run on the first assigned bot it comes across on the bot list (in RPA Central), but that's just a guess. Example:Botflow "helloWorld" assigned to bot "A" and bot "B" (separate workstations, separate named bots listed in RPA central).  When run via RPA Central, the botflow will only run on "A" and never trigger on "B".

We currently use IE with Foxtrot version 15.0.1. I know the latest version of Foxtrot does not support IE. Can both versions be installed onto the same PC so the scripts can be recreated?

Is anyone using Nintex RPA to interface with Fiserve Wire Exchange/Payment Exchange?  We are migrating to Payment Exchange and are looking to see if we can utilize Foxtrot/Nintex RPA to assist with data migration into Fiserv.

I am looking for a workaround/steps that can resolve our issue of getting an Error when importing a database with no records in it. We have a scheduled botflow via RPA Central that pulls in an excel file but on a rare occasion, there are no records in the file. RPA stops and produces an error that it can't import data due to no records (attached). The 'Open Data' action doesn't have the normal settings to run an error task. Thanks for any wisdom that you can share!

I'm working on a botflow where I need to open Edge as another user.  So far I have not been able to find that functionality.  Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi—I am trying to import an excel file that contains a column with time value onto RPA, but when loaded on RPA it is converted into decimal.  I have attempted to change formatting on excel column but have not had any success with getting correct values to upload on to RPA.  I have tried both csv and xls file types.
