RPA LE

I have a couple processes set up and was in the process of setting 3 more up and noticed that my wait for target times are not working at all no matter what I put in. Are there any fixes for this? 

I’m trying to add an extension to a list of files in a network folder. 

My script to scrapes web data from tables is unable to target and tables in Edge. The problem started on Aug 7, 2025. The only thing I noticed is that Edge updated that day to Microsoft Edge-Stable Channel Version 139 Update for x64 based Editions (Build 139.0.3405.86). Whenever I try and target a cell in a table, I get the message “The webpage at… cannot be targeted. Please navigate to another webpage and try again.

Our Nintex scripts are failing to interact with Chrome today. The thing I noticed is that it works fine on bot machines where the Chrome version hasn’t been updated. I tested and watched one bot successfully interact with Chrome on version 138.0.7204.184, but then immediately fail to locate any Chrome elements once updated to 139.0.7258.67. Is anyone else noticing this issue?

I am a long time Nintex RPA LE (Foxtrot) user looking for other Fiserv users who have had success or are looking to run processes within the new Fiserv Premier interface, preferably in an Unattended environment.  I would love to discuss any best practices that you are using and will be happy to share some of my successes.

Hi,I'm getting a issue when starting the Nintex RPA Central Service. the error is 1064.Attached is a screenshot of the error. and even the error log of nintex.When I remove the database files from location: C:WindowsSystem32configsystemprofileand try to start service so it can recreate the database files. it wont work it will say that the RPACentralWeb database already exist. Can someone help me?Or help me with backup so I can re install, I cant lose my botflows that I created.

Will Foxtrot ODBC connection to a SQL2000 server?i have been away for 6 weeks and i do not have the admin password anywhere.how do i reset it.i believe the default was admin admin. 

I have several graphs on an Excel spreadsheet that I need to add to an email in a Botflow. It doesn’t look like I can copy/paste and I don’t see how to take a screen shot of only 1 graph so is there another solution?

I have this Botflow. That needs to execute some tasks.those tasks can only be executed before 8PM or after 1AM everyday. how can I script this in Nintex RPA LE. So if time is between 8PM and 1AM do nothing.Before 8PM & After 1AM can execute tasks. Hope someone can help me. With regards, Jim

Hi Community/Support,I would like to request assistance into checking why my Bot (Nintex RPA LE) can’t send any emails.I did the Test Action and that works fine, I receive the test email.But upon doing the real thing it doesn’t work. Also when setting up the email the 1st time I get a message that it can’t load the sent box and delete box of my email. Is there any possibility someone can help me or setup a call to look at this. With regards, Jemarhel Supriana

Hello Community & Support,I'm looking for a test management software tool to store and organize our test cases. Currently, we're using the Nintex RPA LE for automation testing. We've scripted the RPA to perform regression testing by fetching test cases from our SQL Server and updating their status to complete upon finishing. I'm wondering if there's a test management software tool compatible with Nintex that can directly update test case statuses and load test cases from the management software itself, rather than relying on a SQL Server.

Currently we are trying to develop a script that populates an online form that pops up as a new window from the starting web page.  This entire web application is running in IE Mode.  The challenge we are facing is, whenever we are trying to focus an element using smart/screen target or mouse sequence actions seems to the warning popup alerts such as below. "The Nintex RPA Chromium extension could not be reached. Please verify the extension is enabled, restart your browser and try again." "Nintex RPA is unable to communicate with the web browser. Please run a 'Detect IE' action to re-establish the connection." "Target Not found". Microsoft Edge: v121.0.2277.112Nintex RPA Chrome Extension:  v3.3.0.0Nintex Bot: v17.14.  

Hello, We are trying to implement a bot which needs to be started via an API call. This bot also needs some input variables. While searching for the documentation I could only find some featured endpoints and not all. Can anyone please throw some light on the endpoint required for this or point me where I can find the documentation for the same.Thanks.

Is there a way to set the Details, specifically the Element ID of a target to a variable.For example, we have a webform where the Element IDs often change because of text in the Header that comes before the first form field. If we could capture the first ID, we could target using a variable that increments from there to target the rest of the form dynamically. Get info only provides the URL. 

Hi—We’re on the latest versions of RPA Central Nintex Bot and suddenly have begun running into issues with the Open Data action.  The bot will sporadically stalls and stop responding when attempting to process the open data action from a csv file.  We already repaired MS, and are still running into the issue.  Are there any known issues?

As of last week, I have experienced many instances where scheduled bots will not auto load OR the bot will seem as it loads but it will not auto play/start--At times I am unable to to hit the play or terminate buttons either, and my only option is to x out of the bot.  When I x out, the same bot will auto populate again and start running or other times it will auto open but I will still need to hit the play button .  Other times it wont auto populate the bot at all, and RPA Central claims the bot is running bot flow so will need to pause and terminate on RPA central, and then  will need to reboot the machine for scheduled bots to kick off.  I am also experiencing issues when the bot flow is finished, at times it will not auto close the bot although all tasks have been completed which does not allow for new scheduled bot to start. Anyone else having similar issues? Not to mention, I am also seeing the “Error has occurred” error message on the Instances Screen in RPA Central quite often.

Hello.  I’m trying to build a botflow to be used with Jack Henry Xperience Silverlake. The problem I’m having is getting the botflow to click on the “Name” which is a hyperlink. Even though I make the name the target Foxtrot clicks on the empty space off to the right of the name (hyperlink) I’m trying to click on. I can’t seem to find a way to get Foxtrot to click more to the left so it click the name. Also, I’m attempting to do this by moving the Selector Tool over the Name, then using the Search feature to search the screen for the specific name, then click on the name once found. But again it click to the right of the name and clicks on empty space. 

Error occurs when uploading input data file into Nintex RPA LE.  Our field names are unique. 

In RPA LE how do perform a Data / Refresh All? I have tried targeting the menu bar and sending [^Alt+A+R+A] but sometimes it doesn’t trigger. Is there are way to make it refresh all? I tried using an Excel macro but I also have to enter user/pass credentials and RPA won’t give control back until the macro is done.

Hello, I am trying to extract the Element Href which can be seen in the details pain of both the Get Info and Get Value actions. I am attempting to store this in a variable for a later action but am unable to access this data. Is this possible? -Kevin  

Each time I log into the machine and launch RPA, it asks me which Level and none of the previously ran botflows ran on this machine show under the Recent list. It’s like I’m a new user each time. I don’t have this issue on other machines logging in as the same user. Any ideas what might be different on this machine? I need to schedule some botflows to run on this machine but this is a stumbling block.    

Hello, I currently have a Botflow set to run every 2 hours. In this botflow we have a variable to get the current time and then a variable to get the current time minus 2 hours. Now this query runs perfectly throughout the day without issue. It also used to work on a previous version of RPA Central (2.9.0). But after this years time change that caused 1 botflow to generate 6 times a second (over a weekend) rather than once a day. We updated to version 2.12.0.  We noticed on the 12:30 AM mark it stopped working but never could catch why the botflow would stop at the same location until recently. We noticed that when the botflow tried to subtract 2 hours from the current military time of 0030 it started going negative (IE: -0130) which the date/time selector didn’t like and therefore didn’t generate any data for the selected range. I have created a form which is a number and list in a repeating section in WFC form. This is then passed to RPA LE as text variable called quoteid.This is what I am getting back from RPA stating it is an invalid syntax. I am not sure how to handle. I was able to get to make this work on local enviroment.
