Hi Community/Support,

I would like to request assistance into checking why my Bot (Nintex RPA LE) can’t send any emails.

I did the Test Action and that works fine, I receive the test email.

But upon doing the real thing it doesn’t work. Also when setting up the email the 1st time I get a message that it can’t load the sent box and delete box of my email.

 

Is there any possibility someone can help me or setup a call to look at this.

Please log into Customer Central at www.Customer.Nintex.com  and submit a support case or send this in an email to Support@nintex.com and one of the RPA LE support reps can assist.  This way support can meet with you to solve your issue.
