For those who aren't already aware, Microsoft is moving away from add-in apps, and you'll need to transition to SPFx apps. For more details, check out this link. This important feature follows the completion of the final features for our Form Upgrade tooling, which helps customers upgrade to New Responsive forms. I am excited to highlight an exciting new feature in RPA LE, the Credentials Vault.  Previously when you had a botflow that needed to login to a system or website you needed to create the credentials directly in the botflow itself.  The disadvantage to this was that if you had another botflow that needed to use those same credentials you would have to recreate them in that botflow and if you needed to update the password or username that was used to login to that system you would need to do that in all the botflows using that credential. With the new credentials vault you have a centralized location to store all the credentials that you will need to use in the various botflows you have. Let’s take a look at how this works, first make sure that you have updated to the latest version of RPA Central and Nintex Bot 3.2.0 and 17.19 respectively.  Once you have upgraded you will now see a menu item for the credentials vault in RPA Central.

Upcoming Authentication Change for Nintex DocGen for Salesforce – Take Action Before 2026  Some customers are still using an older authentication method that future package versions of Nintex DocGen for Salesforce (starting very early 2026) will no longer support.We’re encouraging customers to switch to our supported authentication method, Connected Apps and OAuth, now so they won’t experience service interruptions or last-minute issues during a future app upgrade. What’s Changing?Starting with Nintex DocGen for Salesforce package versions released after January 2026, the app will no longer support running DocGen Packages without Connected Apps and OAuth enabled.What this means:If you stay on your current package version (released before January 2026): DocGen for Salesfo

Update (July 2025):After working closely with Microsoft, we have been able to test the upcoming changes related to the SharePoint SendEmail API retirement. Based on our testing, we do not expect this deprecation to impact existing Nintex workflows.We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates if anything changes.
