Drawloop Font options

We have a customer using Drawloop for Salesforce doc gen output and they are restricted to a particular font style on these comms. Unfortunately that font, Public Sans, doesn’t appear to be supported by Nintex - https://help.nintex.com/en-US/docgensf/Templates/SupportedFonts.htm. Is there any option to have a font added to the supported font list?

SOQL query adds slashes

Hello, When trying to reference a field in a SOQL query, it now adds slashes (\). What is the correct way to write the where clause?  Where Contribution__c = \'<<Contract_Id>>\'  I tried removeing the \ but it comes back when savingthanks for your input!

Add only record data that is not rejected or ineligible

I am using Nintex to create an invoice snapshot. When the button is clicked a document is created that has all the invoice line items. If some of those line items are rejected or ineligible, I need Nintex to not add them to the snapshot. I have tried adding a filter to the relationship for Line Items but it is still returning five lines instead of four. (One was rejected)

Sum(Above) function not working when there are negative values

I have a grouped table of data and I want to sum up the values above - so I’m using the sum(Above) function.This works great until I have negative values in the merge fields - and it ignores them.Any thoughts of a work around or a different function to use?

Unable to Update Field in Word Doc Does Not Persist Through Salesforce Run

Attempting to edit a field (probably protected). I make the edits, press Update Field, save the Doc and then run though Salesforce. Edits made to the rest of the Word doc are fine. Edits to the Field revert to prior text. Thanks!

Not able to connect Loop Storage to Amazon S3

After the sandbox refresh I am not able to connect Loop Storage to Amazon S3. I am using the following tutorial. On the step 3, I receive the message that Authorization is successful. But on the step 4 the following message appears:

Filter Component Group Based on Checkbox Field

I'm trying to create a component group that populates text based on a custom text field in SF.I have choice of 4 items which needs to be populated in the output based on the condition fulfilled. Please see the attached to give more context.  any help/ guidance will be appreciated. Thanks you.

Document Generation Token Mapping Method Custom Class instead Dataraptor

I have a Vlocity Document Template which needs to fill through a custom class. (Token Mapping Method).When a run the doc generation by OmniScript (client-side), the document tokens are filled with blanks. I don´t know what´s wrong. Anybody can help me? Use the Flow Builder to Enhance your DocGen Experience

The Flow Builder in Salesforce is a great tool change up your document generation experience. Our DocGen for Salesforce product has two actions that can be used in the Flow Builder: Preview Component Apex ActionThe difference between the two is that Preview Component will generate a document on screen like a manual push. The Apex Action will run in programmatically so the user will not visibly see the generation occur. The preview component will be what we will be focusing for this blog. I like to use the preview component in scenarios when the lightning component is not able to capture the experience I want before the generation occurs. Email addresses not showing complete list in the DocuSign delivery options

The list of email addresses stops at e and is not showing completely in the DocuSign delivery options.  Is it possible that there might be an issue with the configuration or setup. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the exact troubleshooting steps in the documentation provided to me. To address this issue, can someone help me troubleshoot the problem and provide me with the necessary steps to resolve it.

Getting Error "If you have made any recent modifications, try refreshing the component and run again."

I have updated the template with new fields and trying to run the DocGen Package but I am getting following error - An error has occurred. (InternalError) Include this Error Id if you contact Nintex Support: c8c78ab2-52e0-4e9b-ba66-a716d83f916e.If you have made any recent modifications, try refreshing the component and run again. I have refreshed the component.

Nintex Admin left the project and nobody knows the password

Hi, I am adding a new field through field tagger, nintex is an integration in Salesforce in this case however when I added the field and tested no document generation occurred so I selected the nintex doc admin and disconnected it as it seems the authorization expired, (this happened to other of our customers and worked perfectly) then I looked for the nintex admin user and realized the user is no longer part of the project. No one knows the password so we cannot authenticate either authorize.Is there a way to change the nintex admin for the org? If so how can we achieve this if no one is aware of the password. Thanks,

Populate Date field under Create/Edit Records option

I am updating multiple fields on Create/Edit Records option.The text field populates without any issues, the Date fields are not, I tried using just a basic TODAY() function, different field mappings, it just not populating: Am I missing anything?Thank  you!

Rich text field with image

Hello Friends! I have a rich text field in a custom object record where the user inputs an image. I need that image to transfer over to the Drawloop Word doc when "Generate Documents". Any suggestions? Or better yet, is it possible? I would love it if someone could get back to me ASAP as I am on the clock with one of my clients!! Thank you! Shannon

Field Tagger - Multiple Mappings to one field

We have an issue where one of our fields can have multiple different answers based on a prior selection. Example:Field tagger for Deductible 1 Deductible 1 may be $500 for Auto insurance, but Deductible 1 is also used on the same page for Homeowners Insurance ($300) and Theft ($400). Is it possible without creating a bunch of custom fields to pull the correct Deductible based on another selection on that page layout?

Include subset of Files defined using Salesforce Object

We have a DDP that is automatically triggered and the generated PDF sends to our SFTP and includes Files from the parent object.  The issue is protected documents often cause the DDP to fail.  I would like to filter out the protected Files (they all have Locked_ added to the beginning of the File Name).  I am trying to use a Salesforce Object relationship, but the DDP fails when I manually run it.  What can I do differently?

Convert a Currency Value to Text?

Our company deals with financial lending and related items. We have a requirement to create a DocGen for a specific document where the deal amount which is a currency in Salesforce, but the document MUST show the currency amount as a text value. i.e. $1,000,000.00 needs to show as One Million Dollars. I have not found a way to do this. Perhaps there is some way to accomplish this in Word itself? UPDATE:I FOUND A SOLUTION TO THIS USING WORD MACROS - CAN’T DELETE THIS QUESTION. PLEASE DISREGARD. THANK YOU

paragraph breaks inserted into Word document from component groups

When using component groups, new paragraphs appear to convert into <br><br> tags and when documents are processed to Word, these <br> tags are translated to line breaks in Word. When using Justified text, this causes weird formatting on the last lines of particular sections. The end goal is to be able to specify somewhere that these should be translated as paragraph breaks so that Justified text formatting looks better if its the last line of a section.   Is it possible to distinguish between line breaks and paragraph breaks somewhere for Word document output? Thanks!

Adding User Entered Prompts or Text to DocGen

In DocGen for Salesforce - Is it possible to add a user entered field, or prompt the user with a question that can be answered and then that text would be added to the document? This information would not currently be saved in Salesforce and would be manual entry.For example, we have an additional driver form that would require our users to enter information for additional drivers from a policy holder’s household, and the user creating the document would fill that information in.

Full Prod Sandbox Refresh - DocGen

Are there any watch outs when completing a Full Sandbox Refresh?  We are about to do a full refresh and it is the 1st time since having DocGen(Drawloop) in our Org.  Currently there are not any Developmental Packages, so I am not worried from that standpoint.

Table with repeated rows also returns table text titles for each line of data

We have a requirement to show rows for as many records there are for a specific record value. We work in finance and have a table in a word document to list all “Borrowers”. There is always at least one of these so the text of “Borrowers” is ok to always show and is not part of the table. However, we also need to show all “Guarantors”, if there are any. This is where it gets tricky. The “Guarantor” table include this word on the left so it appears the same as “Borrowers” does. In order to ensure the word “Guarantor” doesn’t remain on the word doc is to include it in the table so it is removed if no records are found. If there are NO “Guarantor” records, the table will delete. Perfect. If there is more than one “Guarantor” this word appears to the left of every matching record listed. Eeeeash. Is there a way to make the text appear or not appear in any other way? I am struggling to meet this requirement. Any help is appreciated.
