DocGen for Salesforce

I have setup Nintex DocGen and E-sign in Salesforce but when I send a document for e-sign, I get email from Assure Sign with DocumentTRAK Web Service Notification Failure

We have a request to parse PDF fields into Salesforce records.  Does Nintex have any product or roadmap for a feature like this?

When I print a set of documents from a DocGen Queue list view using the Download 1 PDF button, what is the order that documents appear in the resulting file? And is it changeable? It seems like it is the record id, but that is not particularly meaningful other than roughly corresponding to the order the documents were created.For context, I need to collate some documents with a set of documents produced by another system, and I am hoping to get them in the same order, by, say, Account Id (in this case Loop__Object_Id__c). 

If I want numbering to restart for each table I have in a template, how would I achieve that? Ideally, I’d like to avoid creating new custom fields + automation in Salesforce to achieve this. So in the below image, instead of the second table resuming numbering where the previous table left off, it would restart at 1.  

Is there anyway to use the DocGen Package filter field in docgen lightning component??

Is there a way to make an email a pdf and attach it into Office 365? I was asked to save email into Sharepoint but I have not seen the option. As anyone done this before?

Hello, Is it possible to generate a document based on data provided outside Salesforce?For example can I call a DocGen api endpoint to trigger the document generation process manually, and pass REST variables to this endpoint to use while generating this document?​​

 Hi all -I am attempting to update a custom field on a document request record using the Create/Edit Record function. I have the ID and the field to update, but when I go the the docgen queue, the document request is set to ‘pending’, the document doesn’t create and the field doesn’t update. Is this possible? Am I missing something? thank you! 

Hello everyone,I am new to Nintex Community and have few questions, hoping to get the answer from someone. After a Nintex document generation process initiated from a record(in this case a custom object called ‘Treasury Service’), the landing page goes back to the same record from which the document generation was initiated. Is there any configuration at either DDP or Delivery Options level, to remain on the Drawloop page and not going back to the record, it was initiated from. For generating the document using Apex, how do we pass the DocGen File Template ID along with DDP ID. We were able to figure it out to pass the DDPID but do not find an option to pass DocGen File Template ID  Thx.

In certain type of documents where a content is populated from a rich text field in salesforce, is it possible to override any formatting from rich text fields and keep formatting constant as defined in word document template ?

We are trying to test some changes we did in our Salesforce Stage sandbox to raise our Health Check score, and would like to test DocGen there, but I’m getting the “Authorization required to run” message. We want to test in Stage before updating our Full sandbox, which is used by our users for final testing. How do we authorize our Stage sandbox?

The problem is probably trivial, I want to populate a field on Opportunity object with value “Today”. I used the formula “TODAY()” but does not do anything. Can you please let me know how to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.P.S “Run at the beginning” checkbox is unchecked.  

If condition in word document is working fine but when the condition is not met, empty bullet point is showing up in the generated document. 

My team and I are trying to have a DocGen Package run when a record is created/updated and meet certain criteria via Flows. This package is intended to send a receipt to a designated user (pulled from a contact page). When we run tests manually, the package works, but when we try to use automation, the logs read successful, but no email is received.  We do not have any errors to show as to why that may be happening. Any ideas on how we can fix this?

I understand that merging the documents in the DocGen Queue is limited to 200 at a time.  We will be producing 13,500 documents soon (this is our first year on Salesforce).  Have any others found a better way of mass-merging a large number of documents other than just clicking/scrolling/clicking/scrolling 68 times (in our case)??Hoping others have some ideas…!

We have html tagged field in Excel when I am pulling this information to word through Excel as a middleware how we will retain formatting. 

Hello, I am am bringing in data from salesforce into excel, and there is a  specific field I want to bring in that is a picklist. Each customer will have multiple values within this field. Is it possible to turn this into a table in excel as middleware and output it as a table into word? I’ve tried Textsplit and would get a Name? error. Thank you in advance!

Hello, I’m bringing in my data into my Excel as middleware file and would like to add a column with a formula. Ofcourse there is no data in my file before running the report, so the #N/A appears in the column. My excel as middleware file:  My Result was the same: How do I create a formula in the excel as middleware file? 

I would like to create a report using an Ultimate parent, parent and child records. I tried with tables in word, but it has been a formatting nightmare. Looking for guides on the best way to do this! Can anyone point me to some how-to videos or guides to show me the way? Thank you Seth(the newbie) 🤔
