When trying to use the Execute SQL Query Advance command, I am unable to extract the data using Query. The connection was succeeded but couldn't extract any data.

The same query was used by Database team and they were able to extract data. Please advise if any idea.

Creating a validation rule for a field based on a return item on a look-up control

I have a form that has a look-up field pulling information from a list in SharePoint.  One of the drop-down choices is NOT LISTED.When this is selected from this control, I would like to hide a panel an unhide another panel make some of those fields mandatory based of the look-up field choice of NOT LISTED.  I am currently using a check box to accomplish. I have tried using the regular validation rules, but it seems like it doesn't read what is in the look up field.

Form multiple choice field: disable certain options based on the selection of others

Our form features a multiple choice field(radio buttons). Is it possible to implement programming that dynamically disables certain options based on the selection of others? For instance, if a user selects 'eggs,' is there a way to automatically gray out the option for 'juice' to prevent its selection?

Adding additional shapes to process model

We have a template of stencil shapes that we use in Visio and would like to be able to use these same templates in the process model, can these be added?Would like to be able to upload existing Visio diagrams into the process model but it’s not recognising additional shapes.

Duplicate Field Character Limit in Nintex Form

Description:In our Nintex form, we have encountered an issue related to field character limits. The form includes a field that is a duplicate of another field. The original field in the form does not have any character limit, allowing for unrestricted text input. However, the duplicate field which is read only has been set with a character limit of 255 characters.Objective:The requirement is to modify the character limit of this duplicate field. We aim to either increase this limit beyond 255 characters or remove the character limit entirely to match the unrestricted nature of the original field.Current Setup:Form Tool: Nintex Forms Platform:  SharePoint Field in Question: The duplicate field with the 255-character limit Comparison Field: The original field with no character limitRequired Action:Adjusting the settings of the duplicate field within the Nintex Form Designer to change or remove the character limit.

People pick based on the domain they sign in

Hi : Is there a way for Nintex to know the domain account they sign in? So the user submit the form will be default to their domain account in people picker column.What we want to achieve is people can only submit for for themselves. Thank you!

Can I use Nintex to map a process on a users desktop and also measure productivity as a user navigates across core applications, O365 , websites and idle time as well? Can I gather reports for a user group and use the data to do a before and after comparison?

robot cant detect objects when machine is locked

I am trying to develop a simple wizard where I run a program at the start, typing username and pw and clicking enter, then running a script. When I am on the robot machine and the trigger time has come , that task starts and ends successfully however when I am out of the machine (signed out of the machine), the trigger gets started but the robot seems like that he cant find the window where to insert uname and pw, he runs the program and stops .. I need help with this issue asap ..

How to work with encoding correctly when running the extended run script command, I work on windows server 2016 standart.When the script is executed, data with Cyrillic characters appears and during their processing such an error constantly appearsattempts to select a custom encoding for example utf8 the result is the same, an error, but there is no error when working with Latin charactersHow can I change the encoding and what does the custom encoding affect?

How to create a loop like this? Pls help..

Hi all, I need to copy 3 policy number one by one from an excel and perform a certain job after that. Copy first policy number (1st row), paste in system and run step 11-15 After step 15 done, go back to excel and copy 2nd policy number (2nd row), paste in system and run step 11-15 After step 15 done, go back to excel and copy 3rd policy number (3rd row - last row), paste in system and run step 11-15 End However, the job i created will straight away end after copy and paste the 1st row.But if i remove the Step 11 from my AC, it works fine - keep looping for 3 times to paste the policy number. Can you all help me to see what's wrong with my job? Below is the output from excel - only take the first column value.Each time after copy the policy number, it will continue step 11. After step 11 done, it should go back to loop...not ended like below..

Nintex Workflow - Update Item - Approval comments Issue

I am creating a workflow in Nintex to update an item after it is either rejected or approved. I added a field that = workflow context and then all approver comments. I want the approver to leave comments but I don't want it to fill in the name who did it, date/time etc. I just want what comments they added once its submitted to the form. How can I achieve please?
