Users set as Process Approvers within a draft process (a process not yet published) are included in the approval flow for the initial publish. The approval flow for any previously published processes will remain unchanged, and a new user set as the Process Approver will still require sign-off from the existing approver. This

ProblemWhile trying to connect to the Process Manager Reporting API through Excel or Power BI, the user experiences the error called Expression Error: The Authorization header is only supported when connecting anonymously SolutionThis is an issue on the Excel and/or Power BI side. ProblemYou may experience that the links in any generated email such as Dashboard notifications, Welcome email etc. seem to not be showing in the body of the email. SolutionHave your Promaster ensure that in Branding in configurations the setting 'Email Links Colour' is any visible color and not white. White makes the links show as not showing but if you hover over the email body you will see that a hyperlink bubble shows up.
To help with navigating the changes we’ve made to the Process Manager training content on Nintex University, here’s a helpful map of old courses to new courses. Please remember that we have broken up much of the previous content into smaller courses and eliminated several duplicated courses, so there is no direct one-for-one mapping. You can also eliminate the hassle of signing up for these individual courses by signing up for our new learning path: Process Manager Essentials for Beginners. Enrolling in a learning path enrolls you in all courses contained within, so you won’t have to worry about which course you need to take next. However, if you are in a hurry or need to take a single course, all courses are available for you to take individually. Problem'Documents for approval' dashboard is not reflecting the same amount of documents awaiting approval items under 'All Documents > Awaiting Approval' section. SolutionThe two pages are showing different numbers of documents pending approval items because: 1. In the 'Documents for Approval' dashboard the notifications are generated to Documents Approvers, and all the Promasters. 2. In 'All Documents' > 'Awaiting Approval' page shows only the documents for the groups where a user is an Document Approver, and an Document Owner of. For example, you're seeing the document 'Position Description Care Support Officer' in your 'Documents for Approval' dashboard but not in the 'All Documents' > 'Awaiting Approval' page because because that document resides in 'Documents owned by Recruitment Team' group and you are not specified as the Document Owner and Approver in that group. You're seeing the document 'Aged Care Act 1997' in both 'Documents for Approval' dashboard and in 'All Doc
IssueThe changes made in Procedure tab are not reflected in the Map section.ResolutionIn any instance where the changes performed in Procedure tab are not being reflected in map section:1. Log in to the customer's site.2. Grab the URL of the customer site and add /admin/api/discover at the end (for instance au.promapp.com/demo/admin/api/discover) and press enter.3. Look for the 'RefreshApplicationSettings' and copy it's URL.4. Paste the URL into a new tab and press enter.5. Once a site has been refreshed, wait for 24 hours and both the views should be synchronized then.

Issue Processes are not saving and updating the value input to the ‘Assumed volume per annum’ field under the ‘Timeframes’ tab. Error Code For example, where a value of '2' was input to the ‘Assumed volume per annum’ field and the value goes back to '0' after saving the process. Resolution The issue happens when the feature 'Enable Process Costs' under Admin > Configure > Process Timeframes is turned OFF on a site. To resolve this issue, the feature just needs to be turned ON. Then after inputting a value to the ‘Assumed volume per annum’ field it will update to the correct value after saving a process.

TopicRestrict users from viewing unpublished processes InstructionsNormal users will not be able to view a process within the Process Group structure if it has a status of ‘In Progress’. Only Editors, BAs or Promasters can view unpublished processes. In addition, using Viewing Permissions, you can restrict access to a process by restricting access to the Process Group that the Process belongs to.
