Accessing the Nintex Product Roadmap
The Nintex Product Roadmap is where we share our ongoing product development and release cadence.Please note the Roadmap is in a permission restricted area and you require a Community account and access to view this area. View your badges and rank
We want to give recognition to all our Nintex enthusiasts! You will earn badges for making contributions and participating on the community.There are 3 badge categories: Topic, Reply and Solution. Every time you reach the next level within a category, you will be awarded a badge. You will earn badges by creating valid topics, posting replies and having your replies to questions marked as the best answer. You might also receive a surprise badge along the way!You can view your earned badges by going to your profile page. You can access your profile page by clicking on your avatar in the top-right corner and selecting My profile. Let us know what content is helpful to you, by marking it as helpful!What is Content helpfulness?You can indicate if you found community content helpful or not, by clicking on one of the emojis below an article or forum topic. Very satisfied Neutral Not satisfied After you voted for a topic or article, you will see a thank you message and will no longer be asked to vote. Once 5 votes have been submitted, you will be able to view the helpfulness score (= helpful votes/all votes*100) of that piece of content.Where is it shown?By default it will be shown below the opening post on all knowledge articles and topics that have a marked best answer.
How to mark your question as solved
If your question has been correctly answered by another user, mark the correct reply as the solution. You can do this by clicking on Best answer.If you resolved the issue yourself, add the solution as a reply to your topic, and mark it as the answer.The answer will be shown at the top directly below the question: It will also be marked with an Answer label on the original reply: This shows that this question has a valid answer. It might help somebody else with a similar issue!

Your profile page and settings
Here are some quick tips to help you navigate your profile page. From your profile page, you can find:A summary of your contributions Your community reputation Badges you have earned Your latest posts Your personal details Your Activity, Followers and the users you Follow.You can access your profile page by clicking on your avatar in the top-right corner and selecting My profile. (Your avatar always appears at the top of every page on the Community.)Your community reputationBelow your username, you will see a progress bar. This represents your Community reputation – the more likes your content receives, the higher your bar is. Ask a question or start a conversation
You can create a question or start a conversation in any Community forum. To begin, click on Ask a question in the top-right corner.When the form opens, you will have the option of asking a question or starting a conversation.What kind of topic are you creating? Question: Select ‘Question’ when you need a solution for your question or problem. You will have the choice to mark a “best answer” which marks the topic as solved and highlights its importance in search results.Conversation: Select Conversation when you want to share something and involve the Community in a discussion. As you start typing the title, similar posts will appear. These are matched by the title and tags, so here you can also see topics posted which may be similar to yours and could potentially answer your question. TitleCreate a topic title that summarizes your issue or question, so others can see what the post is about.A good title should (where applicable):- Include the activity or action- Include a unique pa
How to subscribe to your favorite categories, topics and users
A subscription allows you to receive notifications and/or emails whenever a new topic is created in a forum, when a new knowledge article is published, or when somebody posts a reply to a specific topic. You can also follow your favorite contributors.Subscribe at Category LevelTo subscribe to a forum category (such as Community guidelines, or Automation On-Prem Cumulative Updates and Fix Packs), browse to that category and click on the Subscribe button.To unsubscribe, go to the category and select Unsubscribe. Subscribe to a topicBy default, you will receive notifications to any topic you have contributed to. However, you might want to follow a topic without posting in it. In this case, click on the Subscribe option which can be found below all topics and articles. If you no longer want to be subscribed, simply go to the topic or article and click on Subscribe again. How to create a great forum post!
Did you search?Before starting a new topic, use search to check if a similar question has not already been asked. As you start typing your query into the search box, similar topics will appear. To view any of these articles, simply click on the title. You can view all the results or select to ask a new question. I found a similar topic, but the solution did not fix my problemIf you found a topic similar to the question you have, but the best answer did not solve your problem, create a new topic by Asking a new question to the Community. You can add a link in your post to the topic you already found. The new Nintex How-To Center will be the central repository for the content created by the Nintex Content Engine team. The Nintex Content Engine team is an agile group dedicated to the rapid development of short form how-to videos and articles. This high-functioning team is currently producing content items and releasing them weekly to Nintex Community and YouTube.You can access the new How-To Center from the left-hand side navigation in Community. Click on the navigation icon to go to the How-To Center landing page. You can quickly sort through specific How-To content by selecting the Product capability or experience level you are interested in, or both! Nintex Customer Central: Create a case
TopicHow to Create a case on Nintex Customer Central.InstructionsNavigate and login to Nintex Customer Central. Select Create Case on the main dashboard or select Cases on the left side navigation menu. Select Create Case to display a new case form. Fill out the case form. Enter a Subject for the case. The subject field will predict any solutions relating to the case. You can click on the link to view the Knowledge Base articles or Help Documentation. Select a Platform from the dropdown menu. Select a Product from the dropdown menu. The dropdown menu will only populate if you select a platform. Select a Severity level from the dropdown menu, to flag the type of the case. Enter case details in the Description field. Remember to provide enough information. This will give the support engineer, assigned to the case, context to provide a solution or the required information. Keep other individuals informed by entering their email address in the Cc field.
