What's new in K2 Cloud in the 2025 update

Are you ready for the 2025 release for your K2 Cloud environments? Starting to roll out in mid-September, this version has a TON of features, getting our K2 Cloud customers to feature parity with our on-premises released features. Exciting features like:Localization. Nintex K2 Cloud is now also available in Arabic, French, German, and Spanish languages delivering a fully localized automation experience. You can set the design time and runtime translation language allowing you to use the product in your preferred supported language. Multilingual Forms. Building one form in multiple languages is now possible OOB, for scenarios where you need to display a form in more than one language.  Styling. Building on the Style Profile foundations, the updated default theme is inspired by Material design and improves the overall aesthetic and user experience across all devices. 📢 Announcement: Retirement of K2 Cloud Learning Paths Hi K2 folks,To help simplify the learning experience and avoid confusion, we’re retiring the following K2 Cloud learning paths, effective November 2025:K2 Cloud Power User K2 Cloud Citizen Developer K2 Cloud IT Developer K2 Cloud Server Administrator K2 Cloud Business Analyst There will no longer be separate learning paths for K2 Cloud and K2 On-Premises. Each persona will now have one unified learning path. For example, instead of having both a “Power User” and a “K2 Cloud Power User” learning path, there will be a single Power User learning path. The only content that differs between platforms is the Packaging and Deployment course, which appears in the IT Developer and System Administrator learning paths. To address this, we're updating the Package and Deploy course to bring together everything relevant to both on-premises and cloud environments. Future of Nintex O365 Forms: Migrating from Add-ins to SPFx

IntroductionWe're excited to announce that as of today, our Nintex Forms for Office 365 customers can now publish and use forms in either the Nintex Forms add-in or the Nintex Automation Cloud SPFx apps. For those who aren't already aware, Microsoft is moving away from add-in apps, and you'll need to transition to SPFx apps. For more details, check out this link. This important feature follows the completion of the final features for our Form Upgrade tooling, which helps customers upgrade to New Responsive forms. This is the next crucial step in this transition. PrerequisitesForm must be upgraded to New Responsive Format Must have a Nintex Automation Cloud Tenant Must have a valid active license Steps to Get StartedInstall the SPFx app from the store. I am excited to highlight an exciting new feature in RPA LE, the Credentials Vault.  Previously when you had a botflow that needed to login to a system or website you needed to create the credentials directly in the botflow itself.  The disadvantage to this was that if you had another botflow that needed to use those same credentials you would have to recreate them in that botflow and if you needed to update the password or username that was used to login to that system you would need to do that in all the botflows using that credential. With the new credentials vault you have a centralized location to store all the credentials that you will need to use in the various botflows you have. Let’s take a look at how this works, first make sure that you have updated to the latest version of RPA Central and Nintex Bot 3.2.0 and 17.19 respectively.  Once you have upgraded you will now see a menu item for the credentials vault in RPA Central. Click to open the credentials vault, and from here y
