IssueThe C:ProgramDataNintexTalon folder filling up with .nas files ResolutionThese .nas files are used by Nintex Analytics.If Nintex Analytics is not being used in the environment or has been installed by mistake these .nas event files can build up instead of being sent to an Analytics workspace. 1. For SharePoint 2013, navigate to Central Administration > Nintex Workflow Management  > AnalyticsFor SharePoint 2016/2019, navigate to Central Administration > Nintex Administration > Analytics2. Deactivate Analytics Additional InformationOnce Analytics is deactivated the files in C:ProgramDataNintexTalon can be manually deleted. 

TopicHow to change the tenant region for Nintex Analytics if mistakenly choosing the wrong region during installation.  InstructionsTo be able to change the region you need to remove the Nintex Analytics farm properties using the below command: $farm = Get-SPFarm$farm.Properties.Remove("NintexAnalytics.Config")$farm.Update() Perform an IIS reset and restart the SharePoint timer service after running the commands. You should now be able to reactivate Nintex Analytics and reselect the region. Additional InformationThe above instruction is recommended for the scenario that there is no data connection being created on the previous tenant region.Please contact Nintex Support Team for another scenario on how to change the Nintex Analytics tenant region.  Related Links

A: Yes, all current Hawkeye users will be migrated to Analytics and invited to “complete their account setup” via email. Q: What will happen to current Hawkeye tenants? A: Users will receive a new Analytics workspace with the same name as their current Hawkeye tenant. If a customer has more than one Hawkeye tenant, that will also be migrated to a separate Analytics workspace, and users will be able to switch between workspaces via the Workspace Home switcher. Q: What will happen to data sources already configured in Hawkeye? TopicNintex Analytics requires Global Administrator credentials when adding a data connection from a SharePoint Online tenant. Additional InformationThe Global Administrator credentials are used to validate that the individual adding the data connection in a Nintex Analytics workspace is authorized to access the data within SharePoint Online. In validating the credentials, Microsoft defines two techniques: Delegated and Application permission. Going down the route of least privileges, Nintex Analytics leverages "Application Permission" with "Sites.Read.All" to validate that the account is a Global Administrator. Although the permission does say that Nintex Analytics can read items, we do not read any items from your SharePoint Online tenant and use it only for authentication purposes. As part of this, an app called 'Nintex Analytics O365 Tenant Connector' is installed automatically onto Azure Active Directory (AAD) in the tenant.
