I am using DocGen for Salesforce installed package in Salesforce. I need to run some Salesforce transactions (i.e. Flows and Apex code) after the output files are inserted into Salesforce when a DocGen package run from Salesforce is completed successfully. I know the only way to guarantee that the transactions run only after the output files are inserted back into Salesforce, is by using an Apex Trigger on Content Document Link. However, I am looking for an alternative to this approach.If there is some official Nintex documentation that describes the order of operations, that would be very helpful. I want confirmation that ‘Create/Edit Record’ transaction runs only after Content Document Link insert is completed.

In Nintex DocGen for Salesforce trial package, I have a ‘Automated DocGen Instances’ section in Nintex Admin tab. I currently don’t get any csv files when I click on refresh button. Is it because I am in trial version? What kind of transactions are included in this csv file? 

Hi! I have an issue with the date difference calculation I currently have set…. In the image below, the months are not displaying correctly. I believe this should be 60 instead of 61. Hello together, I have a question. How can I wait for a specific item in a SharePoint list which will have a specific status e.g. approved. At first I create an item and then my K2 workflow need to wait for a change.How I can do that?I haven’t found a function yet.Best regardsMatthias

I've created a style profile and am trying to get a header with a logo that will be above the tabs in the form. I have created a.css file that links to a.png image that is also on the server. But when I want to link the.css file into the Style Profile, it says "We were unable to validate it because the file exists. Link anyway?"We have K2 on Prem v.5.8

Hello,I am setting item level permissions to my sharepoint online items list by using the Action “Update Item permission - SharePoint Online”.It works quite good. But is there a bug with the nintex designer because when trying to modify the action within the nintex designer it is not possible for me to remove a permission set?I can only add new permisions sets

Hi ​@pawankolaki I hope you are doing well.I am working on nintex workflow cloud and I want to generate a copy of the submitted form using the generate document action. I have a repeating section in another repeating section. I have configured the generate document action but I can only tag the outer repeating section fields unto my form template . Which means the document generated will not have information about the repeating section inside. Can you please advise on a way around like, as I would like the generated document to have all the information on the submitted form. Thank you

HiI have a data lookup in a repeating section which pulls data from salesforce. Each option selected from the lookup  creates a new row. So if there are 5 options in the dropdown list, there should be 5 rows. I am unable to make the rows to auto populate the info as this is a repeating section in a repeating section. The outer repeating section auto populates information dynamically. To avoid human errors, with the user either selecting the same option twice and consequently not selecting all the options, are there any recommendations to either highlight duplicates, highlight unselected options, have an option disappear from the dropdown list once selected (I appreciate this option may not be possible as the list is data pulled from an external source).  Thank youRegardsSunita

Hi there, I need assistance with this one ASAP. How does the document approval work? We have people uploading new documents (images) and it says that it requires multiple peoples approval. However the group stakeholders say the Document approvers are only one of these people. The dashboard notification for myself also says awaiting your approval but I am not on the approval list?Thanks in advance.

TopicAfter running several tasks triggered, the robot suddenly reported a “Window not found” error for the login page, and the task failed immediately with a 00:00:00 execution time. Updating the ticket creation time does not resolve the issue.From the seq logs the process title was "Restore Page".Root cause:The wizard has Run Program command to kill Chrome at the beginning of wizard. When the next task is triggered, the Chrome session may have the Restore Page? popup.  Instructions  Update Run taskkill command with additional parameter "/T". This parameter will skill all subprocess created by the chrome which may not be in "chrome.exe" as process name.     Update start chrome command with additional parameter "--hide-crash-restore-bubble". TopicAfter install RPA, when try to login to console, it able to load Tasks page and Dashboard page. However, when navigate to Triggers page or Robots page, it will show blank page. Root CauseMost of the time, this issue happens when user is configure with AD and SSO, whereby user forget to trigger the sync in Aerobase Admin console after add the User Federation in Nintex Admin Tool. User is missing tenantId attribute in Aerobase. Instructions At Aerobase Admin console under "Attributes" tab, make sure user has tenantId key with value 1.Note: Cross-check with Company Id in Nintex Admin. The values must be same as tenantId 2. Hello,I have recently inherited a K2 application.  I have a database with 15 views copied to a K2 database.  I think some of them are not being used, but I have no easy way to prove or disprove my theory.  Does anyone know of a way to search through objects to see if they reference a specific table or view?  Even a data source would be helpful.Thank you,Chris

Hello there,We are currently implementing a number of custom controls and are struggling to find real world examples of how to be able to correctly implement the above method for a list bound control.Given the below item view - which has the custom checkbox and the standard one.In the rules designer we get the option to enumerate the various items in the control, as expected: However when displaying a message for each item, we do not get any messages displayed for the custom one, but we do for the standard one.What methods / properties am I missing.Cheers.
