I have downloaded and installed the Material Design 3 custom controls from the Nintex gallery into our K2 5.9 test instance, and am seeing some issues with the rendering of controls.Firstly in View design, it does not seem to render icons at all - it just shows the name of the icon. This I can live with, although not ideal for authoring. Also row heights do not increase with the control heights, so it is not always possible to view the full control - especially with Cards. When you try to select the controls to edit the properties, you must click right at the top of the table cell, and only a slither seems to be selected, rather than the whole control itself - I assume this is what is preventing the row height from increasing.Probably most annoying is that not all icons are displaying correctly or anything like how they show in Google fonts - for instance the ‘person_book’ icon simply displays as a person icon next to a book icon. Hi everyone,We’re running Nintex workflows on SharePoint Server Subscription Edition (SE), and since our migration, several workflows are not running smoothly. They fail intermittently with a generic “Error Occurred” message. The detailed error states:“The workflow could not update the item, possibly because one or more columns for the item require a different type of information.”This message doesn’t clearly indicate which field is causing the issue. What’s unusual is that if we ask users to delete the file and re‑upload it, the workflow completes successfully afterward.Has anyone seen this behavior on SharePoint SE post‑migration? Any ideas on what might cause this or how to identify the problematic column?Any guidance or troubleshooting tips would be really appreciated.

Hi everyone, I’m currently working on a Nintex App where I have a large number of Connection Objects (tables/views), where most end-users are assigned to the Standard Site Permission Set. Currently, under Site Settings > Connection Access, I have to manually select every single object and configure the "Object Permissions" (Create, Read, Update, Delete) one by one. This is becoming very tedious as the project grows. If a new object is added, the developer has to manually remember to go back into the Site settings to enable it, or the App fails to pull data.My Question: Is there a way to "Enable All" by default or bypass this specific Site-level permission check?I am already managing my security and access control via App Permissions. I would prefer for the Site Connection to simply "trust" the App's permissions rather than requiring this secondary, granular configuration for every individual object.Has anyone found a workaround, a "Select All" toggle, or a way to set the permission

I wanted to make a quick post today to highlight a new feature that was released in Nintex Workflow Cloud.  The new feature is called Auto Task Delegation, this will be used for when task assignees are going on PTO, Paternity Leave, Medical Leave, etc where they will be out for a period of time and want to delegate their tasks during that time automatically.The first thing you will need to do is make sure the feature is enabled, to do this go to your tenant settings and select Auto Task Delegation from the left-hand navigation and then make sure the feature is toggled on. There is nothing that needs changed in the Assign a task action in the workflow, it will be setup like a normal task.In order for the task assignees to setup their auto task delegation, they will sign into Nintex Workflow and click on the tasks section in My Nintex, and select the Auto Task Delegation Tab. On the Auto Task Delegation Tab click the Add Auto Task Delegation button in the top right-hand corner of the pag

We are just getting started with Nintex Apps.  Trying to build an application to allow for the management of documents in a Sharepoint document library, however we do not see how to create the connection.  Can this even be done?  We’ve built something in PowerApps but I do not want to have to use that if I can avoid it.  

We recently installed Nintex RPA 25.11. In Nintex Admin, we’ve defined user “testuser”, and granted “Console Mgr/API calls=Y”.Nginx is configured for HTTP only (port 80).  We’re not using A/D.When I browse to http://myserver-fqdn/console, I get “HTTP 403: Forbidden”.  <= In other words, I’m browsing using my Windows login, vs. Nintex “testuser”Q: What should I do in order to access ConsolePlus?

Is there any functionality to disable the ‘Copy Form Data’ option in Nintex Automate.  

In Nintex DocGen for Salesforce trial package, I have a ‘Automated DocGen Instances’ section in Nintex Admin tab. I currently don’t get any csv files when I click on refresh button. Is it because I am in trial version? What kind of transactions are included in this csv file?
