We’re still in the process of migrating from Nintex RPA LE to Nintex RPA, and one of the features we’re severely missing is how easy RPA LE handled the import of data. With RPA LE, you could have it import a data file (like a CSV), and it would automatically populate a “Data” section with all of the available headers in the file.  You could then loop through that data, and easily reference a property from the current iteration.  With Nintex RPA, this process seems MUCH more cumbersome. It seems like you need to import the file as text into a variable, then iterate through that variable with a specified row delimiter. To pull out a specific property of the current row, you need to get that index of the needed column using a column delimiter, and hope the layout of the file doesn’t change. I know that I could set it up at the beginning of the loop to pull out each index of the row into a named property - it’s just a lot of work that we didn’t have to do with the legacy product.  So, for

Hi all, I'm trying to build a form and the repeating section isn't letting me add any controls. What am I doing wrong? I’ve tried to drag every field to see if it was just an issue with these particular fields, no luck. Then I tried to add them manually from the list of fields on the left and still no luck.  

Suddenly I am getting this error when I try to publish a workflow that I have been working on for some time.  The workflow was publishing with no errors until recently. I had not made any changes to the flow.  I was trying to run a test and received this error.  Went in and disabled any actions that were writing to sharepoint, tried to publish and this is the error I am getting: You do not have permissions for tables used in this workflow or tables used in this workflow have been deleted. Contact your administrator. Correlation ID: 95726192-cfc3-4c84-820c-9cfc4793a1d9 I’ve opened a ticket with support, but am really not getting anywhere.  They keep asking for “HAR Logs” and sharepoint templates, however I don’t think this is a sharepoint issue. Can anyone help?  Have you seen this error before? 

I’m unable to deploy my Skuid pages via the Aura component.  I would like to create a case but there’s nowhere to do that since all Contact Support links are broken.  This is a paid app and I would expect that support would be better than this.

Hi team,I am wondering if there is a way to disable/hide the ‘download’ function on the File Viewer with a variable / rule or css?Currently I have found using the Nintex Data Table as the best option so far (cleaner and easier) to save/store files and then retrieve and show them on a Review Assign Task form, compared to using SharePoint Online, creating variables and such to get images back - separate issue I am facing is I cannot get documents or multiple page items rendering for view on a ‘Assign Task’ form. On the file viewer, I have business units that have explicitly advised that they will not allow a build that has ‘download’ doc/image available. Hence why some of my builds are leveraging SPO however that introduce additional issues to try and mitigate - multiple entries/workflow submissions, times and naming conventions.

Hi all,I am curious as to the best way/s to enable a reviewer during an ‘Assign Task’ action to view images/documents that were supplied on the form.I am wanting to show those on the form and not include them in any emails (due to privacy PHI/PII) data.I currently have several solutions in the works (active and in test) however I am not getting the best solution overall. I only have access to SharePoint Online (SPO) and the native Nintex Data Tables.Here are my current options, but I am looking at improvements, opportunities and which one is best. Please HELP! Option 1) SPO store and retrieve using this method - only allows images and not documents but you have to specify based on the repeats (cannot work out a N solution nor one that allows documents in the image viewer….) Using a Nintex Workflow, has anyone had success getting data from an excel file, transforming it to be used in Workflow Variables, and then writing it back to a new excel file? I am able to get the data from the file and “read” it, but it’s funky, like Json nested in Json or something, and I can’t get the columns or values as normal text so that the workflow can read it accordingly in branching or transformation steps. I’ve worked on this a lot over the last year and have not been successful. I have already reviewed existing help articles on this topic. I am looking for someone who may have already accomplished this in a workflow who wouldn’t mind sharing their workflow actions/configuration so that I can plug in my own file information and get rolling. Thank you in advance.

We have a Server running with Developer License (K2 is Running in Host Server Mode) and we are trying to setup K2 Intelligence, But the Full Setup Option is not enabling.  

Am I missing something? Don’t see any of the fields that is Multiple lines of text fields on data lookup conditions. Only see single line of text
