If I press the first letter of a member of a drop down list when it is closed, it will open and go to the first entry with that character at the start. However, if I press any characters while the list is open it will not select anything in the list. The users of the system are adamant that this used to work but now doesn’t.Is this due to a K2 update or a browser issue?

Hi there, I want to retrieve multiple rows from the SPO list based on specific conditions and display them in a Nintex form. The goal is to allow end users to edit the row data directly in the Nintex form and then update the changes back to the SPO list. I have a few ideas, but I would like to know what the standard or best practices are. Use case: When the Nintex form loads, it should query the SPO list based on certain conditions, such as status being "In progress" or a specific date. I expect about 5 to 10 rows to match these criteria in SPO list, and users should be able to edit any of these rows and update them as needed.

Hi there, Is there the availability to restrict access to specific improvements portfolios? I know I can restrict overall improvements portfolio access but I don’t want to do this for every portfolio only select few.An alternative for this would be is for people to be able to restrict access while they are reporting. I am aware that when assigning the incident owner, the portfolio manager can restrict access, but we are running a risk of people being able to view this report before it has been assigned to an incident owner. Thanks

Hi, we have mapped over 900 processes in Process Manager and want to link each process to an IOP (Internal Operating Procedure). Is there an import template we can update outside of the system and then import the numbers again processes in bulk? TIA

I have a Nintex form with a People picker field linked to SharePoint column person field.If I display a form where the user has now left the County, the person data does not display on the Nintex form. The SharePoint list still shows the person in the People picker column.This seems like a new issue. I can look up the user in SharePoint users, they still have an email but not any active license.If SharePoint column is maintaining the name, how can I get it display on the from for historical purposes?

HiBecause of the upcoming deprecation of Exchange Online EWS I’m testing moving our environments over to using MSGraph.I upgraded to 5.9 successfully.  Ran the Exchange Online Migrate wizard successfully and email works.  However, it appears when I look at the Connection String editor for mail configuration that its still using EWS as it didn’t add the MSGraph settings.  I checked and the Azure Enterprise app was added successfully with the correct permissions.  The resource shows correctly in Management.  I tried following the article about manually configuring some of the connection string settings but email then failed.   Is the Migrate wizard supposed to take care of all of the settings or am I missing something?  I’ve restored the VM and retried 4 times so far without any luck. https://help.nintex.com/en-US/nintexautomation/icg/5.8.1/Content/Configure/ExchangeOnline/ExchangeOnlineManual.htm

Hi,I have a ticket open for this and haven’t received a response for a while, in the meantime, has anyone else come across this issue when adding MSGraph as a Feature? I added description, have the correct email address, added the domain, then click Update and then this error pops up. Any ideas?Tried running the web browser as the K2 service account and also as Administrator, still get the error.Any suggestions appreciated.Thanks

The error would look like as follows: "Hmmm... can't reach this pageIt looks like the webpage at https://[K2_URL]/Identity/sts/Windows/wsfed?wa=wsignin1.0&wtrealm=... might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. ERR_UNEXPECTED"  Instructions This issue can occur when HTTP/2 and Windows Auth/NTLM do not cooperate nicely causing the initial request which starts as HTTP/2 to revert to HTTP/1.1. As a test, you can disable HTTP/2 in Chrome by following the below steps to see if it resolves the issue: Right-click the Start Menu in Windows  Select the Run option  Enter: chrome.exe --disable-http2 Click OK Navigate to a K2 site and authenticate If this resolves the issue, you can add the following Registry Keys to the K2 server(s) to disable HTTP/2

To store who has completed a task, when and store the comments, I run 2 loops:one on the tasks with same workflow instance ID one on the tasks responsesWith the 1st loop, I get almost everything: the task ID, the assignee, the outcome, who has completed and when. Unfortunately, I cannot get the field values from the form (above all, a comment field) and the express approval comment.That’s why I run the 2nd loop. With this loop, I get the field values from the form. I use the form URL to calculate the task ID and I complete my history log table because I have this task ID.I’ve discovered that the form URL becomes empty when the assignee completes the task by express approval. How can I get the task ID to store the express approval comment on the right place in my history log?Can someone help? Thanks.

Hello,I have recently inherited a K2 application.  I have a database with 15 views copied to a K2 database.  I think some of them are not being used, but I have no easy way to prove or disprove my theory.  Does anyone know of a way to search through objects to see if they reference a specific table or view?  Even a data source would be helpful.Thank you,Chris

Hi Nintex Communities,I have three rows of data in the SharePoint List. Two of the rows contain the same vendor name (i.e., ABD Sdn Bhd) and Type of Agreement, but with different Agreement Dates and Agreement Numbers. Please refer to the SharePoint List screenshot.I would appreciate your advice and guidance on the best approach to extract the three rows of data from the SharePoint List and consolidate the records by Vendor ID. The output should display the Agreement Date, Agreement Number, and Type of Agreement associated with the same vendor.The workflow should then proceed to generate a separate PDF for the next vendor.
