Microsoft has retired the SharePoint Add‑In app model on April 2, 2026. After this global rollout, customers will lose access to the Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms Add‑In apps. What to Expect During the Rollout:Clicking the Nintex Workflow or Nintex Forms Add‑In will show a generic Microsoft message indicating the service is no longer available.  This behaviour is expected and not specific to Nintex.  Customers Who No Longer Have Access:To migrate from a classic/responsive form to SPFx following the deprecation of the Add-In app, first retrieve the XML form definition from the NintexFormXML hidden library and import it into the SPFx designer. The form will automatically be converted to the new format during import. Once completed, publish the form to finalize the migration. Hi there, Is there the availability to restrict access to specific improvements portfolios? I know I can restrict overall improvements portfolio access but I don’t want to do this for every portfolio only select few.An alternative for this would be is for people to be able to restrict access while they are reporting. I am aware that when assigning the incident owner, the portfolio manager can restrict access, but we are running a risk of people being able to view this report before it has been assigned to an incident owner. Thanks

Is there any way to view instances run on a particular Sharepoint list item from within the list? Or is that no longer possible with this version? You used to be able to click on the ellipsis and view instances.Also, does anyone know what the “Table row ID” and “Table ID” refer to in the filters for the instances?I’m really struggling to find instances relating to particular list items despite having used the “log to instance details” action - I can’t find a way to search for what I’ve logged.Thanks.

I am excited to highlight an exciting new feature in RPA LE, the Credentials Vault.  Previously when you had a botflow that needed to login to a system or website you needed to create the credentials directly in the botflow itself.  The disadvantage to this was that if you had another botflow that needed to use those same credentials you would have to recreate them in that botflow and if you needed to update the password or username that was used to login to that system you would need to do that in all the botflows using that credential. With the new credentials vault you have a centralized location to store all the credentials that you will need to use in the various botflows you have. There is another SharePoint list called Electronic, which uses an Nintex form In the Nintex form, there is a Date field where users select a date.Expected behavior: When a user selects a date in the InfoPath form:The system should validate the selected date against the Holiday Calendar list. If the selected date falls on a holiday (between Start Date and End Date), a popup message should appear informing the user that the selected date is a holiday. how to achieve this in Nintex

How does people make change that required significant testing after a workflow had gone live?Do they make a copy and just switch over? I would hate to tell end users to update to a different URL.

Hi,Is there a quick way to check file attachments added by a user to form for duplicate names? Users occasionally add the same attachment which causes problems down the line, so I would like to deal with the issue before the K2 forum is sent.The users use a K2 form button to add attachments and they appear in a List view on the form.What is the best way to prevent them adding duplicates or sending the form if there is a duplicate document attached Thanks

Hi everyone, I’m currently working on a Nintex App where I have a large number of Connection Objects (tables/views), where most end-users are assigned to the Standard Site Permission Set. Currently, under Site Settings > Connection Access, I have to manually select every single object and configure the "Object Permissions" (Create, Read, Update, Delete) one by one. This is becoming very tedious as the project grows. If a new object is added, the developer has to manually remember to go back into the Site settings to enable it, or the App fails to pull data.My Question: Is there a way to "Enable All" by default or bypass this specific Site-level permission check?I am already managing my security and access control via App Permissions. I would prefer for the Site Connection to simply "trust" the App's permissions rather than requiring this secondary, granular configuration for every individual object.Has anyone found a workaround, a "Select All" toggle, or a way to set the permission

In the Process Capture documentation, it says the Promaster must enable the Process Capture add-on and then grant access to roles.  I can see where to enable the Process Capture add-on under Admin > Process Capture (which I have done).  How do we grant access to roles?

It's a classic scenario.  You're given a document and asked to pull various pieces of information out of it.  Not so long ago you would have opened the document and if you were lucky opened an electronic form with the structured fields that you needed and copy/pasted the information from the document into the form.  It was time consuming and very boring. How can we make this so much easier using Nintex?  Let's break down this very common use case of receiving a document, extracting information automatically and where we can't extract, involving the human in the loop. The first thing to consider is how do we receive the document?  We could provide a form for someone to upload but also people still love email so in this case, the workflow is started when an email is received and the subject line contains the word "contract".  Then we need to go through all of the attachments in the email using the get attachment from email action and we use one of our AI actions to figure out if the atta
