I have been using Nintex Cloud and build many workflows with it. I’m trying to workout one particular workflow and update the same in sharepoint on prem and it is weird that every time the item gets created without any issue. Once it reaches the update item I get the error “Received an error response from the connector: NotFound, ResponseStatus: Completed -”; I cannot understand why it behaves so only for this workflow as I have done the same steps in all my previous workflows. I am exhausted coz i have tried to make new connections, rebuild things but everytime it throws the same error. I had raised support ticket but to no avail. Any experts who can solve this issue so that I can make some progress in it?

In DocGen, I created a email to go to a list of people. One of the email addresses has a & symbol: emea.o&C.commercial@marriott.com.  When the email sends from the system, it changes the email to emea.o&c.commercial@marriott.com and the email comes back undeliverable.How can I fix this?  Or is ‘&’ not usable?

Setup:Parallel paths split into two branches. Branch 1 has task 1, and branch 2 has task 2. The completion condition is true so it will complete if only a single branch is complete.  Issue:Both tasks are assigned and created, but if Task 1 is completed causing the parallel paths to complete, the Task 2 is still available and can be complete even if the flow has already processed actions past the parallel paths action. How can we have Task 2 be invalid or inactive and not show up in the assignee’s My Nintex tasks once the parallel paths have been completed? 

Hello,I have a WF built in NAC that uses a Branch by stage action depending on 3 conditions. Under each branch I have condition actions looking for an amount, how many months and if a field is “ticked” to yes or no (boolean).If in the middle of the process an amount is changed, the stage would need to be exited and the instance would need to cycle back around and be reevaluated, conditions checked so that it can fall into the correct stage.I noticed that when I exit the stage to cycle back through, it falls into the same stage. Its like it continues to see the original values and not the new ones…How are new values that are updated in the form able to be recognized so that the instance will fall into the right stage?

In a DocGen, how do you create a hyperlink from document to the property record you are sending the email from.   I am looking for a tag or something?

Is there a way to set a field tag to all lowercase letters? I know there’s a way with cross referencing, but I’m only seeing lowercase → uppercase and not vice versa. Example: { SET “Link” “<<Opportunity_Name>>” } { REF Link * Upper }I tried changing Upper to Lower with no success.Is there way to set a field tag from uppercase to lowercase? Are there any plans to add greater functionality to the set of Trello actions in Nintex workflow.  Being able to create a new card using a template card would be particularly helpful.  Are there any other ways you might consider expanding Trello actions?

Hi,We are running an unattended Nintex/Kryon RPA robot on a Windows VM.The robot successfully logs in and start te task, but when running without an active RDP connection, UI steps fail and screenshots are completely black.When an RDP session is connected, the same steps work correctly, which suggests the desktop is not being rendered when no display/session is present.What could be causing the desktop not to render in unattended mode?

Hi,I have a workflow in NAC that runs through a document library in SP 365, grabs the last modified date and adds 36 months to it before it sends out an email. My question is, within the loop for each, how do you pause for each iteration it goes through?Each modified date is different so the notification would go out at different times but  it seems to pause at the first iteration…Thanks in advance!

Does Antivirus and endpoint protection software must be exclude in K2 installation directories, binaries, and working folder for 5.9 upgrade?

I have a Nintex forms for Office 365 based on a SharePoint Online Liste. In behind there is an approval Workflow with Nintex Automation Cloud.I want to improve the usability..so if a user opens the Nintex Forms there should be a message if a workflow is running and in best case the user should see if he has a workflow task assigned . At first I thougt to do this with a connection in NAC to Nintex Workflow and the “Get Tasks” operation. But unfortunately i cannot query this connection in a Nintex List Form because data lookups are not available there.I also tried it with an Iframe PlugIn in Nintex Forms and embedding the my Tasks dashboard from NAC or something simliar…but I cannot embedd the NAC environment as an Iframe...it is refusedI can do it manually with separate sharepoint lists and logging the workflow instances and task in this list but this would be a lot of additional effort and also not really fail-save... Are there any ideas or apporaches to solve this? 

After a restart on the server in which the system is installed, the robot with which the processes are run is in down status, and manual entry is needed to idle it.Until it takes on missed processes.Is there an option that the robot will be connect automatically and will not wait for someone to do it?

Hi!I have a sharepoint list (on prem) and need to create a workflow if a list item shows a modified date less than 2019… If an item is detected and the modified date is less than 2019, I need to notify someone by email to review. Once reviewed the modified date updates, I will  then apply 3 years to that modified date for the next notification to go out to review once again and will need this workflow to loop so user is notified every 3 years.The list has versioning turned on, I applied a workflow to test but it seems that its sending a notification for every version that “is less than 2019”. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks

Hi I hope you are well. I am building a Nintex form using Nintex workflow cloud and pulling data from salesforce. There is a data lookup to pull the data Type as a list. The end user would select a Type from the drop down and then the items associated with the selected Type would be displayed on the repeating sections. There are varied numbers of items associated with each Type selected. My questions are How do I design the repeating section to be dynamic ie number of repeating sections should automatically change to the number of items associated with the Type selected? If say Type A is selected and Type A has 5 items associated with it, I would like to have 5 repeating sections and each of the 5 items should automatically be populated on each row.  Please advise how to achieve this. Thank you

Is it possible to delete documents to remove them entirely instead of cancelling and having notifications flow to the signatories that have declined to sign the document?

Hi, I am writing here hoping someone can help me or reference to some documentation.I am trying to recreate my site from a: SharePoint 2019 and Nintex 2019 → SharePoint Online and Nintex Automated Cloud.We have a lot of users +300 and many items in our list, +150 000 items. And we do not want users to see or be able to edit other items. But it is ok if they can see and edit other items from users from the same company.So, to avoid unique permission limit of 5000 items, we created one folder with unique permission for each company with contribute permission and set the list permission to read. This makes it so users can only see one folder and not able to add new item at root level. They click their folder and then the new item is available. and they can now add items and edit any item from their company.And we have a Nintex 2019 form for easier form design and functionality and so on. Now to SharePoint Online and Nintex Automated Cloud. If I miss an update do I have to install all the CUs or just the most recent one?

Hi,Has anyone experienced issues where a form won’t load. It’s stuck with the Nintext Green Spinner of doom and won’t go beyond that.Restarted the k2 service and iis and still the same issue. Any ideas folks? 

For a while now we have been battling a problem with PDF rendering issues, the PDFs show empty boxes, irregular text formatting and also display of hidden controls and fields on the PDFs.We use the SaveAsPDF control on forms, then attach and send the PDF via emails.When the user opens the PDF. they see that the PDF rendering is misaligned and show empty boxes like this:These below should be hidden: We have a workaround which is to do a k2 service restart and iis reset, this fixes the issue for around 1-3 hours and PDFs are fine, but then the PDFs go back to be as above.We have a ticket in with Nintex for this, but just wondering if anyone else has come across this? I’ve searched the forum and checked pdf converter permissions, security etc etc. Added a pdfconverter.warmup delay in the k2hostserver.exe.config and also Installed service/fix packs. Any suggestions from the community would be appreciated.Kind Regards,
