Nintex DocGen for Salesforce

In Nintex DocGen for Salesforce trial package, I have a ‘Automated DocGen Instances’ section in Nintex Admin tab. I currently don’t get any csv files when I click on refresh button. Is it because I am in trial version? What kind of transactions are included in this csv file? 

I am getting this error for Drawloop(DocGen) in my sandbox,Your organization's trial period has expired. Please have your administrator contact support for assistance. (LicenseInvalid)Include this Error Id if you contact support: 4ea32213-ea84-4d60-9dc2-a3c11b1b4dCan you help me to update the license in the sandbox. I am using DocGen for Salesforce installed package in Salesforce. I need to run some Salesforce transactions (i.e. Flows and Apex code) after the output files are inserted into Salesforce when a DocGen package run from Salesforce is completed successfully. I know the only way to guarantee that the transactions run only after the output files are inserted back into Salesforce, is by using an Apex Trigger on Content Document Link. However, I am looking for an alternative to this approach.If there is some official Nintex documentation that describes the order of operations, that would be very helpful. I want confirmation that ‘Create/Edit Record’ transaction runs only after Content Document Link insert is completed.

I am creating a document with SharePoint list data, I also want to merge any document attachments on the list item. Has anyone done this successfully?   Merging 1 attachment is not the problem, but merging an unknown number of attachments, I have no idea where to start with that.Any help would be appreciated.

Is it possible to use Custom Labels or Custom Metadata fields in a Salesforce DocGen package?   The use case is that the client has several dozen Questions and Descriptions which are currently hard-coded into the document and elsewhere in Salesforce, but which change from time to time.  Using Custom Labels or CMT would allow for easier updates when the wording changes. 

Hi,As per the notification from Salesforce the outbound messages with session id would no longer be working. And  the update from Nintex in this regard says there would be new package available in Jan 2026. Is this package available? Which version is itDoes this require a signed  certificate from Nintex? How do i get this?

In a DocGen, how do you create a hyperlink from document to the property record you are sending the email from.   I am looking for a tag or something?

Is there a way to set a field tag to all lowercase letters? I know there’s a way with cross referencing, but I’m only seeing lowercase → uppercase and not vice versa. Example: { SET “Link” “<<Opportunity_Name>>” } { REF Link * Upper }I tried changing Upper to Lower with no success.Is there way to set a field tag from uppercase to lowercase? A Salesforce security update removes the ability to send a Session ID in Outbound Messages, with enforcement scheduled for February 2026.Reference: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=005232763&type=1We currently use Nintex DocGen for Salesforce via Outbound Messages, which rely on the "Send Session ID" option for authentication. Will DocGen automations using the Outbound Message method break completely when Salesforce removes this Session ID functionality? Is there a specific Nintex DocGen for Salesforce package version that officially addresses this Session ID deprecation? Any alternatives?

When I print a set of documents from a DocGen Queue list view using the Download 1 PDF button, what is the order that documents appear in the resulting file? And is it changeable? It seems like it is the record id, but that is not particularly meaningful other than roughly corresponding to the order the documents were created.For context, I need to collate some documents with a set of documents produced by another system, and I am hoping to get them in the same order, by, say, Account Id (in this case Loop__Object_Id__c). 

If I want numbering to restart for each table I have in a template, how would I achieve that? Ideally, I’d like to avoid creating new custom fields + automation in Salesforce to achieve this. So in the below image, instead of the second table resuming numbering where the previous table left off, it would restart at 1.

Is there a way to make an email a pdf and attach it into Office 365? I was asked to save email into Sharepoint but I have not seen the option. As anyone done this before?

Hello, Is it possible to generate a document based on data provided outside Salesforce?For example can I call a DocGen api endpoint to trigger the document generation process manually, and pass REST variables to this endpoint to use while generating this document?​​

 Hi all -I am attempting to update a custom field on a document request record using the Create/Edit Record function. I have the ID and the field to update, but when I go the the docgen queue, the document request is set to ‘pending’, the document doesn’t create and the field doesn’t update. Is this possible? Am I missing something? thank you!
