In Nintex DocGen for Salesforce trial package, I have a ‘Automated DocGen Instances’ section in Nintex Admin tab. I currently don’t get any csv files when I click on refresh button. Is it because I am in trial version? What kind of transactions are included in this csv file?

Hi @rcen-odm

I am not 100% sure, but this looks like it only reports Instances that have failed/errored.
Have you had any instances fail?

@Simon Muntz,

    Yes, I have had plenty of DocGen runs that have errored out during development/testing. However, nothing shows up on this report.

@rcen-odm - shouldn’t matter if you’re on a trial or not. Couple thoughts on this:

  1. They’re not “automated” instances that you’re running (via Mass, Apex, or Workflow) and therefore they’re not seen here.

  2. The Job Queue isn’t enabled (I’ve don’t think I’ve ever seen this to be honest).
