You will not be able to add / alter items such as escalations, due to the dialog not being visible. Symptoms Right-clicking on a workflow task no longer displays any menus, therefore disallowing the developer from altering and/or adding features such as escalations. Resolution The fix for this issue is included in Fix Pack 1 which needs to be added on top of the K2 Cloud Update 1.

Connections to your K2 Cloud tenancy originate from a network appliance deployed within your private network and are secured by an SSL-based, encrypted and exclusive connection between your on-premises environment and your tenancy.
