Missing Certification Certificates – Nintex University

Dear Nintex University Team,
I recently renewed the following certifications:
  • NAC Specialist 1 – received
  • NAC Specialist 2 – not received
  • K2 IT Developer – not received
  • K2 Server Administrator – not received
I have received my renewed NAC Specialist 1 certificate, but I have not received the certificates for NAC Specialist 2, K2 IT Developer, and K2 Server Administrator.
Could you please check my certification records and let me know if there is anything I need to do to receive the remaining certificates?
