I am creating a workflow in Nintex to update an item after it is either rejected or approved. I added a field that = workflow context and then all approver comments. I want the approver to leave comments but I don't want it to fill in the name who did it, date/time etc. I just want what comments they added once its submitted to the form. How can I achieve please?
