Important UpdateDocuSign Retiring Legacy AuthenticationAre you using DocuSign with Nintex DocGen for Salesforce? If so, DocuSign is making a big change that's going to affect users of DocGen for Salesforce with DocuSign:Legacy Authentication is being retiredon January 31st, 2025! DocuSign have granted an extension for Nintex DocGen until Jan 31st. For customers who have integrated their K2 environments with SharePoint or Exchange Online in a Azure Government Cloud Computing High Security subscription (GCCH), a change is being made to our security certificate that will impact you.Customers who have configured SharePoint or Exchange Online will have manually uploaded a token signing certificate as part of the setup process. This certificate expires on August 13 2024. Nintex K2 Cloud ops will be updating the certificate during scheduled maintenance for K2 Trust on August 3 2024. In order to avoid downtime on your K2 environments, it is critical that customers update their certificate before the maintenance period to ensure continued operation of their environments.If the certificate is not added after August 3, customers will see AADSTS errors returned from K2. This affects Exchange Online integration, SharePoint workflows, User/Group resolving and all administration methods such as the Registration Wizard and SharePoint Site activ

As Microsoft makes changes, we will update our integrations to ensure your solutions continue to function properly.Microsoft has announced the retirement of the ApplicationImpersonation Role Based Access Control (RBAC) role in Exchange Online. Hello everyone!I am writing today about a use case that has come up a few times recently and how Nintex can help solve it.At a high level, the use case involves a pricing estimation calculator and the front end, resulting in a proposal or estimate document created and sent to a customer. The specific scenarios I've been working with have involved field service workers; however, this is not limited to that audience.Without Nintex, this would involve a lot of pen and paper, quick napkin math, and complex Excel sheets. Alternatively, the companies I've been working with involve their estimation experts, and their turnaround time is much longer than their customers are willing to wait. With Nintex Automation Cloud, any field service worker can fill out some simple fields and get a quick estimate from the customer while they are still on site.As I mentioned, the ideas presented here can also be applied in other types of use cases.
