Hi,

I'm getting a issue when starting the Nintex RPA Central Service. the error is 1064.

Attached is a screenshot of the error. and even the error log of nintex.

When I remove the database files from location: C:WindowsSystem32configsystemprofile

and try to start service so it can recreate the database files. it wont work it will say that the RPACentralWeb database already exist.

Can someone help me?
Or help me with backup so I can re install, I cant lose my botflows that I created.

Hi, Suprianaj,

Did you make a copy of the database files (RPACentralWeb, RPACentralKeys) files that you found at C:WindowsSystem32configsystemprofile?

You can follow the spirit of this article to reinstall RPA Central and get your botflows back: https://help.nintex.com/en-US/rpa/Troubleshooting/BotflowsUnavailable.htm

If you need more help you might want to open a Support ticket.

Thanks,

Mike

Thank you Michta,
I made a backup (Copy) of the 4 files located: C:WindowsSystem32configsystemprofile

And I reinstalled the Nintex RPA Central.
