Process Manager

We have a situation when a PO no longer works for the business.    We have transferred Process Ownership to the new Owner ,   however there was an indicator on some of the processes that changes were underway and these changes would be published.    We ringfenced these and recommended the ownership was changed manually so the new Owner gets sight of these changes.  However now the processes have entered the approval workflow its reverting back to the previous owner and not the new owner.       Can someone advise if there is a way to override to the new owner who needs sighting of the changes for approval.  Thanks  

Is there a report view that shows a user and a process view time and date login specific to a process? I can view a report for process views by user on a date range with a last login time but not the specific process view time and date? Anyone help please? 

I have created an Improvement Portfolio by mistake - can anyone tell me how I delete this portfolio please? Also, does anyone know if you can copy a current portfolio as the fields are similar and rather than redo another portfolio, just rename a copied version of a current portfolio. Thanks

Recommendation: There should be option for Promaster/ Organization to modify Tab or Create or add new tab in the Incident accordingly. It will streamline the Incident Process to be modified according to Organization Needs.

Both the owner and expert are able to see their maps due under My Reviews, but if the expert reviews the map first, is there an opportunity for the owner to also review, and vice versa? Or after one person reviews the map, is the review considered complete and removed from the My Reviews list? I’d like both the owner and expert to be required to review the map annually, if possible.

Hi.Is there a report to show a process and what other processes have been linked from it/to it - before it’s published.

We have a SharePoint Online classic page.It contains two pageviewer webparts, one links to https://go.promapp.com/<ourCompany>/sharepoint/widget.aspx?notifications=true&logo=true&recent=true&favourites=true&search=true&width=-1And the other links tohttps://go.promapp.com/<ourCompany>/Dashboard/Governance We are transitioning to Modern SharePoint pages for our content (which use the SPFx framework, so we can't use the old webparts).In modern sharepoint pages the Embed webpart should achieve the same function...... BUT even though we have enabled "Site settings/Html field security" to allow embeds from go.promapp.com the Modern SharePoint pages won't accept the URLs above.Does anyone at Promapp or in the forum know how to make this work ?We suspect that there is something on the Promapp end which is causing the modern sharepoint page Embed webpart to fail and not allow the URLs to be used. Possibly too many redirects or some other non-obvious issue.Your he

I have a linked process for another user which I would like to run parallel to multiple stages in my main process. Is there a way of showing this on the process manager? So far I have only been able to show it as parallel to one activity.

Is there a way to copy a process with all the variations into another group in such a way that would allow changes to be made within the new group?  

When using the minimode links to a process map, it seems like anyone who got access to the link could view the map. This would include people outside of our company. Is there a way to limit access to minmode to only company employees?   Thank you.  

We have users ask for the ability to work in their process without using the mouse. We found the alt keys in Quick Start, but then we were looking for how to use the check mark button and the delete button.If you start from adding an activity and only add the title and the role, tab will take you to the check mark button and the delete button and you can select either one with the space bar. The problem is that the buttons are not highlighted when they are selected so you have to guess where you are and that can lead to accidental deletions.If you add the title and the role and go on to add tasks and then try to tab to the check mark button or the delete button, you end up moving around the whole browser instead, again with no idea where the tab is going to end up.How can we resolve this for our users?

When embedding a process in sharepoint, via the iframe function, is it possible to:Change default zoom to show the ‘whole’ process by default Change default tab option to show the procedure rather than the mapI’ve (re)read the documentation SharePoint and Intranet integration (nintex.com) which references ‘tabindex’ and ‘allowfullscreen’ but doesnt provide any information on what these settings are for. I’ve tried changing them in the embed code but they don’t seem to make any difference.I’ve trawled the ideas forum and any other documentation including ‘iframe’ but cant find anything to help answer the question.I’ll add this to the ideas forum if it looks like something that would be beneficial.Has anyone been able to implement either of the 2 items listed above?Eddie

With a process containing activities such as ‘Generate...’, ‘Complete...’, ‘Submit...’ - what would you title the overall process?

I’ve copied a process, renamed and made some updates. Now two copied processes show up in the process group with the same name, same contents. But I notice two different icons. Can anyone explain what the icons mean and if the duplication is temporary?If I delete one, it deletes both. 

I see 'Nintex Process Manager (Formerly Promapp)' mentioned in quite a few places. Are we going to see it re-branded soon to drop the Promapp name?

If a process has been submitted for approval by a Process Champion or Process Editor , should they be able to view the Processes waiting for approval list ?   We have an instance where a Champion initially was able to see the list of processes awaiting approval  but overnight the processes have disappeared from their list.  The Processes are still awaiting approval by the respective PO and PE so unsure why the Process Champion is now no longer able to view the list .

I am trying to encode and decode a textbox control I am using for password collection. A friend of mine gave me the script below, but I cannot get it to work. I have never used javascript before. My text box name is “Password” and I have 2 data labels already set up one for encode and one for decode. But I cannot figure out how to get this to work. Is there a way to send approvals to a new owner/expert of a process without it having to go to the previous owner/expert?
