Is there a way to copy a process with all the variations into another group in such a way that would allow changes to be made within the new group?

Hi @Kat_Tree_Naa,

There is a way of doing this, but might not achieve what you are looking for. Essentially what can be done is an export of the Process Group containing the variations, and then those processes can be imported into the new group you would like to make the edits in.

That being said, the processes will be imported independently and not as a process with variations, which might not be what you are looking for. There is an existing idea logged on Nintex Ideas, so to garner additional support for the idea perhaps you could vote for it as well - https://ideas.nintex.com/ideas/IDEA-I-3696

Kind Regards,

Mark.

Thank you, I did try the export but this wasn't super effective with this particular process but useful to know about.

I have voted on the idea though as that would be a great addition.
