I have been looking through a number of the old posts on the Community and Product Forums and came across this post of yours. To achieve the same functionality within Process Manager via Mac, you can use the following shortcut keys (using the Safari browser):

Option+Control+A to create a new Activity

Option+Control+T to create a new Task

Option+Control+N to create a new Note
