When embedding a process in sharepoint, via the iframe function, is it possible to:

  • Change default zoom to show the ‘whole’ process by default
  • Change default tab option to show the procedure rather than the map

I’ve (re)read the documentation SharePoint and Intranet integration (nintex.com) which references ‘tabindex’ and ‘allowfullscreen’ but doesnt provide any information on what these settings are for. I’ve tried changing them in the embed code but they don’t seem to make any difference.

I’ve trawled the ideas forum and any other documentation including ‘iframe’ but cant find anything to help answer the question.

I’ll add this to the ideas forum if it looks like something that would be beneficial.

Has anyone been able to implement either of the 2 items listed above?

I have done exactly what you have, and it seems that there is no way to adjust the zoom settings of the process in relation to the real estate given to the iFrame. I think the best way forward is to suggest this as a feature request via our Nintex Ideas portal found here: https://ideas.nintex.com

 

Once you have logged it, let me know and I will vote for the idea and see if I can garner some additional support for it internally. In terms of the default of the procedure instead of the process map, the only way to enforce the procedural view is to turn off the process map view in the configuration for the said process, but I don't think that is what you want?
