We use sub-locations for our jobs, in the following format:
job# - description
The only option for sorting is A-Z, will Z-A be available as an improvement, as the jobs go up in # there’s a lot to scroll through before coming to the latest jobs.

Just to confirm that I am understanding you correctly, are you asking whether you can change the sort order of Incidents/Improvements listed in the Improvements Register? As follows:
If so, the headers for each of the fields displayed at the top of the list can be clicked to sort in both ascending and descending order.

+1Hi Mark, the issue is when an incident is being reported, selecting the sub location is a huge list and the current jobs are at the bottom of the list.
