I have a form created in InfoPath that i’m trying to recreate in Nintex Forms (on-premis) which shows all the other items that the current user has created within the list when the user adds a new item to the list.  So it shows a table on the form that populates when the user adds a new item.  Is this possible? If so, how do I go about doing it.  I know how to do lookups, but I’d like it to show all the items that the user has created in a table (possibly repeating section).

Hi  I’ve created a workflow to load a data set that I’m accessing from an external API into a Nintex Table.The API is too cumbersome and complex to do otherwise than simply create a “local copy” of the data so it can be used in my Nintex forms etc..It’s all working fine but I’m having issues with the number of actions per workflow instance.The API is returning me data in Json, so I”m using Query Json action. The problem is that I have to use one Query Json Action for each single field of data being returned, and even though I’m only loading a bit more than 200 rows it’s still blowing up because there are a lot of fields to retrieve. Right now all I can do is loop through the data array, load each field one by one in variables, and then create the row in the table using those variable.  I’ve seen that I could leverage Query Json to retrieve multiple fields at the same time and load them in a collection, but then how to I

I’m hoping someone can confirm if Nintex table data is restricted to only be available on Authenticated Task forms. It appears it is. To explain: Table data can be used on a non-authenticated Start form using the Data variables function. However, when I do the same on a non-authenticated Task form the control fails. I mean it can be set up, but when the Task is sent the a ‘Data failed to load’ error displays and the control fails. This seems strange: if I set up a Data variable to use External data (not Table data) then that works on both non-authenticated Start and Task forms. However Table data doesn’t. ​​​​​​

hi everyone, I hope I can get help here. I need to get data on a Nintex form from a list via lookup column. The related list has 20476 items. I was hoping to archive the cascading filter shown here  but I can’t get the items. I did a test with the same list but with less items and it works, I’ve read here people had no issues with bigger lists - does anyone has video instructions on how to do it? Or any tips?The issue is in filtering: when i set up a filter to show only items based on a specific column I am not getting anything at all (I checked the format and the text to be exactly as it is in the connected list so not typo or other “user” issues there)

Hi, Just wanted to get some help on the issue we are having on our QA environment. Some of our users reported error messages when executing smart object in the forms, so I went ahead and recycle the K2 services. I have created a form plugin which will leverage with Microsoft Graph Api to get data from SharePont list and display it as a dropdown component. I have set the required property in the getMetaConfig().I also have the on change event to capture values from the selected option and return the Title and id as object. When I import the form plugin in NAC, the label able to display the title and id from the object that return from the component.  However, the component will always recognize there is no value return, and the required field

Dear all,I was able to create an API User in account.assuresign.com but the API User cannot be used at ca1.assuresign.com. I spent a lot time to figure this out. However, it seems we cannot create the API Users in ca1.assuresign.com. I loggged in ca1.assuresign.com as an administrator with my regular email. What is the blue insert option for on the Microsoft Exchange Online Send an Email control? Hi!I am trying to start a workflow in NAC based on if a file in a document library has been modified. I have the start event to equal “update list item” but when I go in to modify anything in the library, the workflow does not kick off… Can a workflow be able to detect if a file has been modified in a SharePoint library?

Will my Nintex workflows that are currently in SharePoint 2016 and using the 2010 workflow engine continue to work if I migrate the site collection to SharePoint subscription edition?  Will I need to redesign them or will they work without any extra actions on my part?  

We create a folder in SharePoint from our Nintex Workflow, it needs to have unique number at the end of it, without symbols. eg Delivery Docket 12345With 12345 being the unique number, this number doesn’t need to mean anything, it just needs to be unique.How do I do this?

Hi,I am facing slowness while editing a workflow. My workflow current size is 21MB which is less than the maximum limit. But it is very slow while editing and suddenly an page load error pop up and all the unsaved changes are lost.Kindly advise if anyone has faced an issue like this and resolved, thanks!

With the release of the September 2025 Cumulative Update for SharePoint, Microsoft has made changes to permissions that may cause solution deployment to fail, which ultimately will cause the Nintex for SharePoint installer to fail. The issue has been acknowledged here and, according to this page, a fix is planned in the coming October 2025 CU. I’d suggest avoiding this scenario if possible. However, if you must run the Nintex for SharePoint installer while your environment is on the September 2025 CU, please review the links above for workarounds.

Here’s what I’m trying to do: I have a workflow that adds data to a list in SharePoint Online. I also have a Scheduled Start workflow that is going to run weekly and pull (query) data from the SharePoint list based on certain criteria.Later in the Scheduled Start workflow is an assigned task. What I’d like to do is have that task form display some of the data (i.e., from selected columns in the list), allow the assignee to make changes to it, and then write those changes back to the list.I know there is kind of a way to do something like this using XML and stuff, but it requires that a SharePoint Online start event be used. Hi there, Is there the capability to make adjustments to the investigation form fields and the action form fields, the same as we can change the reporting form fields. Particularly within the investigation this would be useful, we require a lot more information and are currently using a template but as you can’t make the upload of the finished template mandatory this requires manual checking. Thank you

Is there any possible way to mass migrate Nintex Apps for Salesforce (SKUID) pages from V1 to V2? I don’t see any other way to do this than manually page by page, which can become quite cumbersome when you have over a thousand pages to convert. I’m starting to investigate the feasibility of migrating all our pages from V1 to V2 now, but the road block of having to go through the migration process manually page by page for 1000+ pages is already a tough hurdle, and then once that is complete I’ll need to rename all the pages to replace their V1 versions then review and debug all the pages manually again. I really just need to just do a full conversion replacing all the existing V1 pages and then test the new V2 pages because nearly all of our pages use page includes that reference other pages and this breaks when a V2 page tries to reference a V1 page. If anyone has any ideas for a way to do this in bulk it would be very helpful.
