Recommendation: There should be option for Promaster/ Organization to modify Tab or Create or add new tab in the Incident accordingly. It will streamline the Incident Process to be modified according to Organization Needs.
Hi All,I need help getting Microsoft Search Connector setup to return Nintex Promapp results.Our situationWe have had Nintex promapp search results showing up in our Classic SharePoint search results as per https://help.nintex.com/en-US/promapp/Admin/SharePoint/SharePointOnlineSearch.htmBUTsince we moved over to SharePoint online Modern search results we have had to get our users to go to Promapp to do their searching.Microsoft Search is increasingly where we control the search experience for our users.https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home?source=applauncher#/MicrosoftSearchJust recently Microsoft Search for our tennant has had Connectors, Result types and Verticals enabled. Basically re-enabling the ability for us to include Promapp results in the All search results vertical AND OR to have a Promapp vertical that can be used by our staff. Could someone please tell me how to get Microsoft Search "Enterprise website connector" to return results to Microsoft search.I've got a conn

My Reviews- Is it possible for the owner and expert to both review a process? Or is only one allowed?
Both the owner and expert are able to see their maps due under My Reviews, but if the expert reviews the map first, is there an opportunity for the owner to also review, and vice versa? Or after one person reviews the map, is the review considered complete and removed from the My Reviews list? I’d like both the owner and expert to be required to review the map annually, if possible.
We have a SharePoint Online classic page.It contains two pageviewer webparts, one links to https://go.promapp.com/<ourCompany>/sharepoint/widget.aspx?notifications=true&logo=true&recent=true&favourites=true&search=true&width=-1And the other links tohttps://go.promapp.com/<ourCompany>/Dashboard/Governance We are transitioning to Modern SharePoint pages for our content (which use the SPFx framework, so we can't use the old webparts).In modern sharepoint pages the Embed webpart should achieve the same function...... BUT even though we have enabled "Site settings/Html field security" to allow embeds from go.promapp.com the Modern SharePoint pages won't accept the URLs above.Does anyone at Promapp or in the forum know how to make this work ?We suspect that there is something on the Promapp end which is causing the modern sharepoint page Embed webpart to fail and not allow the URLs to be used. Possibly too many redirects or some other non-obvious issue.Your he
I have a linked process for another user which I would like to run parallel to multiple stages in my main process. Is there a way of showing this on the process manager? So far I have only been able to show it as parallel to one activity.
We have users ask for the ability to work in their process without using the mouse. We found the alt keys in Quick Start, but then we were looking for how to use the check mark button and the delete button.If you start from adding an activity and only add the title and the role, tab will take you to the check mark button and the delete button and you can select either one with the space bar. The problem is that the buttons are not highlighted when they are selected so you have to guess where you are and that can lead to accidental deletions.If you add the title and the role and go on to add tasks and then try to tab to the check mark button or the delete button, you end up moving around the whole browser instead, again with no idea where the tab is going to end up.How can we resolve this for our users?
When embedding a process in sharepoint, via the iframe function, is it possible to:Change default zoom to show the ‘whole’ process by default Change default tab option to show the procedure rather than the mapI’ve (re)read the documentation SharePoint and Intranet integration (nintex.com) which references ‘tabindex’ and ‘allowfullscreen’ but doesnt provide any information on what these settings are for. I’ve tried changing them in the embed code but they don’t seem to make any difference.I’ve trawled the ideas forum and any other documentation including ‘iframe’ but cant find anything to help answer the question.I’ll add this to the ideas forum if it looks like something that would be beneficial.Has anyone been able to implement either of the 2 items listed above?Eddie
I’ve copied a process, renamed and made some updates. Now two copied processes show up in the process group with the same name, same contents. But I notice two different icons. Can anyone explain what the icons mean and if the duplication is temporary?If I delete one, it deletes both.

If a process has been submitted for approval by a Process Champion or Process Editor , should they be able to view the Processes waiting for approval list ? We have an instance where a Champion initially was able to see the list of processes awaiting approval but overnight the processes have disappeared from their list. The Processes are still awaiting approval by the respective PO and PE so unsure why the Process Champion is now no longer able to view the list .
Why are we running a Closed Advanced Preview (AP) program? Process modeling is an additional approach to process management that we’re introducing to Nintex Process Manager, and we want to use an advanced preview program to enable customers to get an early hand on with the new capability and start seeing value while also making sure that Nintex has prioritized the right features related to process modeling before they are rolled out to the larger customer base. The Advanced Preview program will be capped at 50 participants, to ensure the technology is rigorously tested, we will be selecting the most suitable candidates to participate. Recently created a map and added an additional approver. When submitting for final approval, the additional approver did not receive a notification via email. Nor did they actually approve it. How can we make sure the additional approver is approving the process map on the first submission?
If two contributors edit a process at the same time, there is no indication of a conflict until you save and get an error saying you can't save because you're not in the current version. People have lost work and are very frustrated with the product. Also, when more than one person edits and saves a process at the same time, it has caused their accounts to have problems finding and opening the process afterward. This is reproducible, and is impacting adoption.An automatic checkout (check out, lock) when you start editing, and an error right away if someone else is already editing, would same much time, lost work and frustration with using Promapp.Please correct me if I’m wrong and missed something. Or, vote here to support adding a checkout function to Promapp.
