HI, does anyone know why a process would not show up in the search results even though:

  1. I’m the Promaster
  2. The process is published
  3. It is showing under the process group in All Processes and Group Management.

Hi ​@stapleer - For clarification, is that issue in the quick search (drop down that appears as soon as you type) or the full search page? In the former, the search only goes through the process title, where in the latter it will go through a number of other fields.

 


Hi ​@EvgeniosE - yes issue is with both the drop down and full search, including filtering.  Have tried a combination of key words, through to full title and they don’t show.  Could be a glitch but if it’s a glitch that happens to my users I’m concerned our organisational experience will deteriorate.  


@stapleer Would you mind sending in a support item for this?
In some cases, the search index is not updated. We can force an update, but this requires a support ticket (i don’t want to ask you for all the tenant details here).

If that force refresh doesn’t work, then we also have a support ticket to analyse what might have gone wrong.
