Does anyone have any advice relating to identifying links that are associated with unpublished processes?
The Documents List and Linked Items and Web Link reports are useful but can be misleading as they don’t indicate if a link is associated with an unpublished process (or unpublished changes). For example, if you see an item with 0 attachments, no associated processes listed you’d think it isn't used in any processes but this is only true for published change. If the item is linked in an unpublished process (or unpublished changes) the report doesn't include this.
Has anyone noticed this too? are there any recommended work-arounds? or is it impossible to tell without going through each unpublished process to see if a link may/may not be included?
