Publishing Failed - Cannot find process stakeholder role

Hi there, we are doing an upload of bulk processes and when publishing them we are sometimes getting the following message:

Both of these roles exist

I have removed them and reentered them but we are still getting the same message.

Does anyone know why this happens?

Hi ​@stapleer this is very peculiar - without looking exactly what’s happening on your tenant it would be hard to understand why that happens. One suggestion would be to check the actual characters used in the upload file for those roles, as there could be a discrepancy to how the role was set up that’s not visible (e.g. empty characters), which is causing interference. 

Outside of that, I would suggest contacting support@nintex.com, so this can be investigated in a bit more depth.

No unfortunately not - but I’m hoping it was just an issue for the processes we imported which we have now completed.

I’m having more trouble with our search engine not working at the moment so concentrating on that one for now. Thanks
