Hi, I’m doing a restructure of our process groups and finding that we have a lot of documents that do not have associated processes but are associated with a group.  Does this mean they are not linked to a process and therefore can be deleted?  I’ve seen previous questions regarding associated processes for reporting and it was an error happening so just want to make sure it’s not an error first.  Thanks

Hi, I believe process links previously would only show for published processes so it is possible that some of these documents are linked to in progress processes. Not sure if this is still the case… You could test by attaching a document to a test process and checking if it is attached to document in document list.

A bit late to the party on this one, we were doing a review on documents as well, but then found that documents linked to UNPUBLISHED processes would appear in our extract list BUT with no process links. We were just about to do a bulk deletion before we stumbled across this anomaly
