Is there a template available to use for reviewing a process prior to sending it for approval and publishing?

The information you are looking for can be found in the help documentation: https://help.nintex.com/en-US/promapp/PAW/ExamplePAW.htm

If you look at the example “Example: Manage Processes with Process Approval”, Activity 2 Task C has a Process Review Checklist attached to it that may be what you are looking for.
