I keep getting a notification that I have 10 risks to deal with on the risk module add-in on Process Manager. However, my dashboard is empty, with the exception of a cactus and a message to say that ‘something went wrong, please try again’.
I am a Promaster, so I am used to seeing things on my dashboard that are not necessarily within my control, but at least I can see them and they add up to the number in the red dot. But this is winding me up as I can’t see any of the 10 risks that I have outstanding.
Anybody have any ideas?
