Process attributes no longer summarising the systems used?

Hi community,

Since the Process Attributes were moved from the bottom of the screen to a button in the top right, the Systems now shows a count of every time a system is used, instead of a summary list of all systems used.  Eg. my process uses 5 systems in total, but the Process Attributes > Systems shows 35 which now represents the total amount of times any system is used.

Is this a bug?  Where do I go now to show the summary of systems for the process, and to highlight which activities use which systems?

Thank you

Hi, @butlerj and @EvgeniosE - Can you provide any guidance for @daria?

@daria it looks like this is due to a recent design change with the Systems area. Would the ideal view in the right hand panel simply list, which steps the System is used in and display the description of the system vs. showing each individual Activity or Task that the system is used in?

Hi @butlerj , the ideal view would be similar to before the change:

  • when you click on Process Attributes the number next to Systems shows the total systems used (not the total of activities that a system is used);
  • then, when you click on Systems it shows that system list which when you hover over the system it highlights the activities in the map that use that system.
  • From there maybe you could click on the system and it could show an expanded view of activities which is what shows now.

In the meantime the UI now feels like it’s missing useful visuals.
