Hi All,

Weve been running promapp now for 7 years and were looking to do a relaunch to re-engage the organisation. Just wondering if anyone has undertaken something like this and has a bit of a strategy they’ve used?

Cheers

Hi Anthony

We undertook a relaunch 2-3 years ago and are now looking at undertaking a ‘realignment’ to formalise the role of our Process Champions and place more accountability on process owners to review and capture processes. I intend to run a workshop with our leadership team and are proposing formalised agreements with time commitments for our business improvement Gurus ( formally Process Champions) and a policy with governance structure outlining process owner responsibilities and the role that Leadership play in supporting process mapping in the organisation. Our first relaunch involved the start of a marketing campaign that we are still running now. This includes bi-monthly training sessions on specific topics, bi-monthly comms in staff newsletter and posters etc, monthly report to leadership with a star of the month being awarded each month, quarterly meetings with the process champions and 6 monthly catch ups with process owners. Hope that helps :-)

We are implementing the ProSci and ADKAR Organizational Change Models to help with managing the people side of change and to make sure our approach is meaningful and our reinforcement is effective.

We are identifying champions from every business unit and involving them in our pilot to build out some preliminary core processes and Train the Trainer.

They will evangelize to the rest of the organization and our BPM council will guide them along their journey of training and introducing BPM and Nintex to their teams.
