Nintex for SharePoint

I have a Nintex form, that sets off workflows.This form and workflows worked perfectly before my SP was migrated from 2013 to 2019.Now, I am experiencing a couple types of errors I cannot solve:I have a workflow that errors, and doesn't show me any details, and doesn't show me the workflow tasks, so I cannot diagnose the fault. I.e. the error page wont link to anything to show me the highlighted tasks (green/amber/red). This error stops the workflow actions and as a result this workflow does not complete, plus the status ends up as “Error Occurred”. I have a few workflows that error, even though they complete the actions perfectly fine. These errors provide a link to the workflow tasks, and I can see every step is green. Plus the fields actually change and complete as per the workflow logic. However, the workflow errors, and the status ends up as “Error Occurred”. Hello All,I had an issue with one of our SharePoint 2016 lists with a Nintex form that caused the form to not load properly due to some web part error (I can’t get the error to show back up). So I thought I could just start fresh and delete the web-part and re-add it. I went in and added a Web Part > Nintex Forms > List form, which asks for an Item ID. I’d obviously want the Item ID to load the current item selected and not a fixed ID to load. Any help would be appreciated as I’ve been stumped on this for hours! I’ve tried making a template of the list and creating a new one with that template with the same issue. I tried to delete the form entirely from the Nintex Form menu, but then I get a message saying I need Nintex to view this item. I was thinking I would like to just wipe the form.aspx settings somehow and try to re-publish the form? Just not sure how to go about that as a Site Collection Admin.  

On items creation, workflows are not getting triggered. Workflow setting is also set such workflow should trigger in item creation. It issue occurs ranmdomly, where some items gets tiggered while some doesnot.

Hello,I have a Sharepoint 2016 application that is using Nintex workflows and forms. Recently I had to enable anonymous access in the web app. When anonymous is enabled at site collection level (list and libraries) the Nintex workflows that I have seem to run using the anonymous user permissions because I get: - 403 unauthorized on POST requests( if “Require Use Remote Interfaces permission” is checked) - 404 not found even in GET requests (if “Require Use Remote Interfaces permission” is unchecked)In my workflow web request which I did not get before.For every web request I have credentials set as the Service account which should have all the necessary permissions but for some reason it seems like Nintex bypasses that and runs under a least privileged user.Any idea why this is happening? I tried various solutions but I cannot seem to get Nintex to run with elevated privileges once Anonymous is enabled at site collection level and I am getting really desperate.Thanks!

Hello,We have a on-premises Sharepoint infrastructure with Nintex.In the nintex reports, displaying the workflows in progress, I have some workflows regarding deleted items. In this case, NWAdmin.exe with the options SyncTerminatedWorkflows and terminatedeleteditems solves the problem. But we have to indicate the site collection.I still have workflow in progress and when I click on it, it says “file not found”. I think that those are worklows related to delete sites. How can I cancel those workflows ? Because I can not indicate the site url, because it doesn’t exist anymore and I event don’t know its name.Thank you for your help,Pascal

Workflow getting stuck on wait action, this issue occurs randomly. I have a multiline textbox, until it gets updated the workflow needs to wait. Even thought the multiline textbox is updated the workflow shows errored out.

Hello -  I need assistance.The External form setting is disabled in the Form designer page (first screen shot below), and yet we have activated the External Forms Features in both the Admin Centre and Site Collection Features.Can you please tell what is missing?

When a document set has a shared column with content types that require check out, does the content type automatically get check out/in by a workflow when that doc set shared column is updated?

HI!I have a Nintex form, it contains a File Upload widget. Intermittantly it will fail to upload some documents. No error message. The file upload widget is required, you cannot submit the form without a file ‘attached’. The form will submit, however as mentioned, the file will not attach to the Sharepoint record.Has anyone seen this behaviour? Any suggestions for troubleshooting?Thank you, Dave.

How to autostart a workflow when a field is changed but the element is NOT CHECKED IN ?WF goal is to auto check in if conditions are met.Scheduled List WF cannot check in on behalf of the user as far as I know.Thanks for your help.

Hi,I am trying to submit a nintex form with an error message popping up if the there isn’t at least one attachment if the answer to a question is yes. This is the question and if it is answered yes, then there must be 1 attachment. Without an attachment the form should not be allowed to submit unless if both conditions are true.I already made sure the minimum attachment is set to 1 but it still submits without any errors.  Should I be setting rules on the submit button for this? Please advise on how I can make this work. Thanks

Hello everybody,I have a sharepoint list form with a dropdown of a list of servers (Machine name) to select. We open this form on different machines and I would like nintex to find the name of the server where it is running and so automatically select it from the list of machines. Is there any way to do this?Thank you very much in advance

We are getting this error in Nintex workflow that is running over SharePoint 2013.The workflow is running from many years without change but suddenly it is throwing this error.Error in request data action. Unauthorized attempt to update collect data task by. The response has not been recorded.

Hello,  In SharePoint 2013 I'm trying to Extract all the data from a Appended Multi-Line Text Field and need to be able to move that data to a new list.  Currently, I'm only able to extract the last comment to the new list but I want to send all the comments to the new list.  I did find some old forum post about this but Nintex for some reason deleted all the pictures associated with this past post.  Thank You for any responses to this question.  

I have a multi-line text box that is appending changes.  The SharePoint list does not display any information in this field, but instead displays ‘View Entries’.  I need to build a workflow that will pull out all the data in this field (userstamp, datestamp, comment), and load into another text field so we can easily see all comments and export it to excel.

There are several issues like workflow not triggering, getting stuck in pause, wait, commit pending changes. So is there any way to check what is causing all these issues?

I am using lot of fields inside the repeating section and other section panel also fields there.while i open form, Classic Nintex form is loading very slow. If have any idea please let me know.

How do you Make a Parent Form with Child subform that you can add itmes or modify existing child items.  And Possibly have an Import from CSV option. 

I have not changed this flow and it has run successfully for over a year in O365 environment. I want to have a single line text field to populate with N/A if a certain choice (multi-choice) is selected. For example:Choices:AppleOrangesPear Apple Stock: In StockOrange Stock: In StockPear Stock: In Stock-----------------------------------------------If apple is selected, N/A should appear for Apple Stock: N/A. Hi Team,I have a project to Migrate SP 2013 to 2019 which has Nintex Workflows and Forms, I have 2 options to migrate Traditional (database move) ShareGate MigrationQuestion: What happens to the running workflows instanaces during migration, can we start those instanances again once the migration is completed?Is there any document with steps which can be followed citing above situation.

Good morning.We are busy migrating into SAP Hana. Is there are table or a query that we can run to get a list of all Web services connection that are used in Nintex forms or Workflows, in a format close to:services connection, Connection details, Nintex Form Name, Nintex Workflow Name,  Over the years we have close to 600 workflows that a running.To allow for a smooth migration we need the list of all the interfaces, and change them to point into the new environment. Thanks for the help. RegardsMody

Have a weird issue going on here where the history for workflows are vanishing. Hoping someone has an idea as to what is going on here or how to troubleshoot this one.Workflow Details:We have a list where we have a Nintex workflow running.  It’s a simple flow with an approval that updates a choice column in the list with  “Approved”, or “Rejected”.   This workflow only runs when a specific field is modified.Issue:The workflow history for the workflows are intermittently vanishing.  For example, we will have several flows run on a given day, up to 8 on average. All completed.  However, only 2 or 3 of them will show workflow history when completed.The “In Progress” ones don’t seem to be vanishing. No workflows with errors occurring recently.  Or if there was, it doesn’t show in the history. When attempting to view “Workflow History” it appears as if the workflow never ran at all as there is no completed or running workflows on the list items. I have a WF (WF1) that Fails to start. I created an new WF (WF2) that pauses for 5 mins then start this WF1. WF2 then fails to start, but the WF1 works and completes. Hope you follow. WF2 below
