Autostart a workflow but the element is NOT CHECKED IN (WF goal is to auto check in if conditions are met)

How to autostart a workflow when a field is changed but the element is NOT CHECKED IN ?

WF goal is to auto check in if conditions are met.

Scheduled List WF cannot check in on behalf of the user as far as I know.
