I am trying to save a .msg file locally from an Email using email-save attachment on RPA but have been unsuccessful.  Are there any file type limitations with the Save Attachment action? 

Hi team,  I'm looping a web table and im also send a shortcut using send value action with keyboard expression. It works for the first row but doesn't work for the second row while looping. I used this approach because nintexbot can not recognise the web table Note: I did something like this on nintexbot version 17.6.0 If there is another approach to achieve this kindly help shareshare     

I have multiple bot flows that are running on 2 different workstations.  When it is scheduled to run, I'm getting a warning message popup "Failed to open this botflow!  Nintex Bot cannot run this instance of this botflow".  I'm unable to pinpoint what could be causing it. 

Newly installed version 15.1.10 on a vm machine.  The Foxtrot Administrator app will not start.  Can see it in task manager for a few seconds then it disappears

I have a few bots that run M-F at 6:00AM.  Normally it runs fine, with no issues.  However, we are closed on holidays (such as MLK Jr. Day).  Is there a way to have the  scheduler work to NOT run on a Holiday?   I will need to remember now to go into RPA Central on the day before the holiday and change the schedule to NOT run on the holidays for certain bots.  I'm just looking for an easier way to  have the holidays skipped without manual intervention

Hello, I am looking to upgrading to RPA Central from foxtrot RPA. I am looking at setting it up with the SQL database being stored on a SQL server. My database admin has some questions on the requirements for the data base that I cant find answers for. I am hoping someone on here might know. here are the questions: What are the hardware requirements for the database server? Is there a general size estimate for how large this database may be? What is the criticality of this application or what are its availability requirements?

I am using foxtrot 15.1.6. In a script, mouse sequences behave very strange on each device. It doesn't found the target of click if I change the device(laptop) to different one and run same script there. I tried to change the resolution to 125% on both the devices but still script find target on one laptop and not on another. Anyone can suggest any solution?

Looking for some advice on another way around this. I have a BOT that interacts with one of our business applications on Windows, Viewpoint Vista. I have the BOT Clicking on fields, buttons etc. Essentially I have a workflow that a user kicks off, that will then start the BOT on a remote server. The BOT will first open the application, and is then presented with a login screen. The BOT will then enter a username/password and hit a login button. This is where I am having issues. This step in the process will never complete, if I let the BOT run by itself on our Remote Server. The only way i can get it to work, is if I RDP into that server to watch the BOT Run. Then the BOT has no problem filling in the username/password. I have tried using the click actions, as well as just tabbing through the fields on the login screen. Both never work, when I'm not remoted into the Server. Any suggestions to get this to work, so I we dont have to remote in and babysit the BOT? Thanks,Zach

Our current Security Certificate had expired for our RPA Central URL. We mistakenly deleted the old certificate first, prior to adding the new certificate to RPA Central.   Now of course, we are unable to actually access RPA Central to add in the new Certificate, wondering what I can do to get the new Certificate added to RPA Central?   Thanks, Zach

Hello All, Today I tried to install the latest version of RPA with RPA Central. After running all installation steps ,while entering the license key.Below error is thrown ,any help will be appreciated.    

I'm looking for advice. Many of my scripts rely on setting the keyboard and sending a ctrl+v command to paste data. In particular, a certain webpage I work with will not recognize any input if you use the bypass keyboard function, so that is not a realistic option. The script runs fine if you have the RDP connection opened and the window not minimized on a monitor. Even if the RDP instance is launched, but the window is minimized then keyboard values will not send. Any ideas on what could be the cause or how to circumvent this issue? Has anyone had success sending values without bypassing the keyboard in a scheduled script? Clearly if we are scheduling botflows we will not have the RDP connection launched and visible on a monitor

I am working with a botflow that I did not create. When it gets to 'search cells' on an excel workbook I get the error Target Workbook Not Found. I think the filename is not correct as I know it has to be exact or Nintex can't "locate" it. How can I see the filename that Nintex is looking for? Thank you.

Hi,We have a botflow that we cannot stop. As you can see in the attached image, the status of the botflow is "Running". But if we try to Terminate/Pause, we get "The bot flow instance has stopped. Refresh the status page". However, the status never changes. When connecting to the VM running the botflow, the botflow is not running, neither is the Nintex Bot window opened. We have also restarted the machine and stopped the Nintex Bot service. We have tried with unpublish this botflow and disabled the Bot in RPA Central, without any success. The botflow is still "Running". The problem is that this botflow blocks other scheduled botflows and creates a huge queue.Any suggestions?

Hi,When starting NintexRPACentral service we get an "Error 1064" and the service could not be started.Running the latest version, RPA Central 2.5.0.

Hi, I want to access the data submitted by the user via Nintex Form into Nintex Bot so that the bot will do the further process based on that data. I did have the Nintex Gateway which allow us to make connection between NWC and Nintex RPA but there are no such properties that will allow to access the NWC data into Nintex RPA. So, please help me to solve this issue. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello, I'm doing an "On Your Own" exercise in Nintex University's Nintex Bot Practitioner v17 course.  One of the steps is to target and click the "Cancel" button in a print dialogue (the "fancier" one, I'm not sure if it's got another name but it's not a traditional print dialogue).  I can't get it to work, it keeps returning "The target was not found".I'm using the Microsoft Edge browser. Has anyone else encountered this?  I fiddled around with the target settings, but seeing how many "parents" there are I'm wondering if it'll be more complex than the exercise means for me to try to troubleshoot. Thank you,

Hi everybody, I would like to know if there is a way to use command on Excel for example if I need to use Ctr+G on Excel I send the keystroke to a cell and it literally writes Ctr+G.   and if I try to target excel instead of a cell it just clear the A1 cell.Is there a way to use this type of combination on excel with Nintex RPA?

Hi,Is there any easy way to execute JavaScript as part of a web automation process with Nintex RPA?At some point on this web page system, there is drop down which is difficult to handle with the click/send value activities, and I wonder whether there is a way to execute a JS function from within Nintex RPA.  Thank you for your support.
