NintexRPA Installation Error

Hi guys,

I install NintexRPA on the development environment but I can not connect Database Server on NintexRPA Central.

The Database is installed on a different server.

Below is the error screenshot.

Hi, DMI,

Do you have mixed-mode authentication on for the SQL server? Does the K2Admin user have all the permissions necessary? Can you test with connecting from the RPA Central machine to the SQL server with that user via a different mechanism, such as a UDL (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/connect/oledb/help-topics/data-link-pages?view=sql-server-ver15) file?

Thanks for your response

I will have to ask the client if there's a mixed-mode authentication for the SQL server

According to the client, I was told that K2Admin has the necessary right
Also, I will try the UDL connector.

I will provide an update once this has been done.
