Unable to add new Security Certificate to RPA Central

Our current Security Certificate had expired for our RPA Central URL. We mistakenly deleted the old certificate first, prior to adding the new certificate to RPA Central.

Now of course, we are unable to actually access RPA Central to add in the new Certificate, wondering what I can do to get the new Certificate added to RPA Central?

Thanks,

Zach

Hi, Zach,

Probably the easiest to do would be to uninstall and reinstall RPA Central which will do the unbinding for you automatically. You will not lose any configuration or botflows in doing this as the database is persisted. If you wanted to backup those databases before doing so, they are at WindowsSystem32configsystemprofile.

Another way to do it is by running netsh commands -- please let me know if you want to go that route and I can send you details.

Thanks,

Mike

Could you send me the netsh instructions? In case my server admin wants to go that route?
