Hi there, I am new for Nintex Process Manager and Nintex Automation Cloud, need help to setup and start train and deployment work. We have the license renewed recently for New Horizons. Can Process Manager send a notification to the users identified as a group under the Teams & Locations identifier?   See example.  This user is identified as an offshore employee.  All employees with an offshore identifier in their user profile needs to recieve a notification.  

Hi ,    while we are assessing our usage and governance for the Improvement Add-On ,  does anyone know if there are any config settings to restrict users from raising new incidents .     I am unable to find any options in our Configuration settings .Thanks  

Is there a way I can bulk update roles in Process Manager?  I have many (~300) role names that I will need to update clarify the right team and would like to avoid going into each one individually.

I’m doing training to get our users to start putting timeframes in processes, but I’m not getting previous version data in the “Time Savings Report”… I’m hoping this is just a timing thing, and the data will show up in the future, but does anyone have a sample showing actual time savings data for processes from one version to the next?Thank you!

Hi - I’ve been studying for the Nintex Process Mapping Practitioner - Author exam and have failed 4 times by 1 question. Any suggestions for additional training? It seems like there are multiple ways to do certain things and I keep selecting the wrong answer. I have 3 more tries to pass it. Any suggestion?  thank you

In our organisation we’ve not had an oversight of the Nintex tool for some time. I’m now trying to tidy up the system and ensure that various departments are still able to use the tool effectively.Is there a list of tasks/functions that should be monitored to achieve that?

Does anyone know how I enable the Process variation add-on ? Currently when I click on admin , I don’t see the variation option in the drop down menu. I have Promaster privileges. Any help would be appreciated

Hi ,Is there a report available to indicate Processes missing triggers, inputs and outputs (process boundaries)  as its something we are looking to report on . The report available appears to only cover ones which contain them .  Thanks 

I have a user who has attached images to their process and when viewing them in the process, they render blurry. The original image is not blurry and it is large enough. Has anyone encountered this issue and is here a solution or explanation? 

HiHow do we get the process approval to move to the correct approver?We have a process map that is still in draft form - it has not yet been published (eg version 0.13).We have the process approval module, the draft process was saved and sent for approval.Subsequently, we identified the listed owner was incorrect, so edited the process which withdraws the approval submission, updated to the owner, and then resubmitted it for approval.The RACI shows the correct owner, as in the one we updated it to, however for some reason the process has been resubmitted with the original owner for approval, and this is visible in the change log.The group the process sits in does not have a champion listed, nor approver tagged to the group.I have invalidated the process and group cache, however the ‘processes for approval’ tab shows the process is still sitting with the person originally listed as approver.  The originally listed owner has no interest

Hi all, I will give some context in how we use Promapp as this is important since every organisation deploys Promapp differently. Our approach with Promapp has been to build process mapping capabilities within the business areas (internal) we engage with so we go through a series of workshops to identify their processes and the process experts for each process.We then spend time to provide process mapping and Promapp training to those Process Experts so as you can imagine, for a large organisation (5000+ employees) this is a long and slow journey. We are 1+ year into using Promapp and have expanded quite substantially so now we are coming across the phase where we would like to start putting some focus on engaging those that are trained and are using Promapp within their areas within their 'business as usual' way of working. I would like to hear from the community if you have any ideas, techniques or platforms that you u

Hi, is there a way to archive processes without sending a notification email to the owner/expert?I’m doing a major cleanup in our processes and people are getting all sorts of notifications that they don’t need during this time. 

Seems there would not be a way to "Share" a process across two different Groups without using the "Link" feature. However, users are asking, and so here is the question.In other words, the team would like a Single process to show up in Two different Groups, yet be the “same” process (so that if one proc is edited, the other one would be). Not a “copy.” But, having the same process in both places. It seems the answer is that there would need to be a link within another process to the “shared” one. However, please confirm whether there is a way to “Share” without using a link.Appreciate your brilliance as always! 😎

Is there a way or a report I can use to show who has acknowledged a document change, ie clicked Seen it or View? 

27 groups have “mysteriously” moved to show up only on the Left-side view.Nintex system appears to have automatically moved all of these. Meanwhile, I was adding a new process within a group and also in Admin of the Group structure to organize tree. In other words, moments before this sudden “view” change, there were a combination of 27 groups + 7 processes that were displaying on the Right side in the main user screen box view. Thank you in advance if you can tell me how to fix this view so that the 27 groups will also display on the Right/main screen side.

Does anyone know if there is a way to export the data table listing for Lean Tag Data ?     noted on the other data tables such as glossary there is export functionality but not within the tagging lists  .       I am aware of the tags mapping report (in our case its called Requirements Map)  but this appears to display only the tags used in processes .      After a flat list of data .  Any ideas ?   Thanks 

Good day,I have changed the process review date from 12 months to 36 months, but some of the processes are still considered “to be reviewed” although they are within the new setting time frame.Does it mean the processes will be updated from this date, and the previous procedures will still be reviewed within 12 months?Thank you,Kind Regards,Farah  

We want to use the system tag features when writing processes, however, is there a way to disable the function whereby the process lanes are split by roles and processes?E.g. Activities assigned to role ‘Customer’, we only want 1 lane with multiple activities with different processes. Instead of the current setup where the activities will be split by Customer System1 activities and Customer System2 activities.We do want to keep tagging the systems so we can then generate the report on what system is used for which processes. Therefore, want to use systems and not general tags.
