We are currently exploring mechanisms on how best to capture required competencies for responsibilities type roles within processes so we can demonstrate individuals holding these roles are competent to perform them .
We are investigating the Training Add-on , however there doesn't appear to be a relationship back to the relevant processes and we were hoping to highlight the requirement within the actual processes.
Wondering if anyone has already had a similar challenge and can advise on how its been tackled and applied in Process Manager .
