Hello all,
I have got a process where there are more than 6 roles attached to an activity. I order to get around this, I created a ‘Team’ in Users admin area. Within that team there are 5 main roles.
However, there circa 100 individuals fulfilling those 5 main roles above.
I am trying to find out if it possible to link individual roles to this team, thereby as individuals roles are updated / added, the main team will update automatically? This will not be the only process that will encounter this issue. I am trying to prevent adding each individual to the team and the future administration of this and the other teams that will be created.
Any help greatly appreciated.
