Nintex for SharePoint

Hi. I have a workflow with Assign Flexi task, I have multiple approvers. If I send the task to one person I get the notification that the task has been answered, but if I send the task to more than one person I don't get the notification that it was answered. (if the answer appears in the system). I've tried to add the run-if operation, but I haven't been able to get the notification. I don't know if I'm giving the instruction wrong.Can someone help me correct this part? How can I achieve my goal? 

Hello,   I am trying to setup two buttons (Approve/Reject) in a classic form that will enable and disable when needed. I want the button(s) to be disabled when a text field IS NOT empty and enabled when empty. 

hello,I created a form in the responsive designer with choice fields. In the Nintex Designer there are arrows next to the choice, in the browser they are missing. For users it would be nice, if the arrow would be there in the edit form.Can anyone help? Thank you.

  I would like to know if there is a way to re-edit the form after the user has sent it.   I would like the user to modify his request (by modifying the form) during the workflow. Thank you for your help greetings

I'm having an issue where individuals (other than the user who submitted the form) cannot access the edit or display link to the form. When they click on the provided link, they receive an "Index was outside the bounds of the array" error message. The user who created the form is able to access both links and does not receive the error message mentioned above. My first thought was that there's a permissions issue with the form, however, after reviewing the form and SharePoint site, there doesn't appear to be any noticeable issues. Hello,we have SharePoint on prem and I am trying to update an item in a different list. The Problem is...the column name is dynamically (Budget2022, Budget2023....).First I set a variable with the name of the column. I tried different ways to update the value, but not succesfull. At the moment I try with WebServices (UpdateListItems). But I need help with the Syntax. HELP PLEASE!  I would like to set a workflow that allows multiple items of a list be deleted after a few dates of been created. For example: I created an item today and I want it to be automatically deleted after 5 days. Do you have any idea of how can I do that?

I need a rule that will make a people picker field required only if anything in a drop-down list is selected. If nothing is selected I don’t care if the person field is filled in or not. I thought I had it, but when I added a person to the field, I was still getting the “invalidate” error.  Most of the examples I have seen here are If a specific choice is selected from a drop-down then make the people field required. I just want any choice selected from the drop-down, make the people field required. This should be easy right? Ugh!

First time poster here and could use some help with an expression I'm working on. Overall, I'd like to set the visibility of a control using an expression with multiple conditions - mainly the fn-Or and fn-And functions. The goal is to display Control1 if either of the following conditions are met:-The current user is a member of SharePointGroup1 or is a member of SharePointGroup2-Control2 equals a certain value and the form is in Display Mode I've tried multiple iterations using only one SharePoint group but with no success. Hello:I have a workflow for tasks to be approved or rejected, but I need those responsible to have only two options. When reviewing, the option "Or you can delegate this task to another person" appears. I don't want them to be able to choose another person, I just want them to respond to approve or reject.Does anyone know where I can remove that part if it is in the permissions part or with some other operation? Best Regards

Hi, I would like to make a field mandatory, but only when a certain selection is made within another field (a choice drop down). i.e. if the choice drop down states "X to Y", it prompts a person field to become mandatory.  Hope that makes sense and is a simple rule.  Thanks, Andy. 

Hi Is it possible to display loop for each information (multiple fields) in Sharepoint? It seems not possible as the field need to be defined beforehand? Maybe i could create a list, but can i create a list under the same one from the parent flow?

Hi all,My forms is initiated from an approval process (see ApprovalProcess.png attached) and I would like to show the options only if the user selected "approve" (ApprovalForm.png attached). Example :Visit approval process : will you join the visit -> approve / refuse- when the user click "approve" he can see the timing controls and select : morning or afternoon- if he click refuse, the timing controls remains hided/unactivated In my french version, the workflow using this approval process, created a "decision" column, but I could get access to it in the related tasks list. I now who to put a condition into a forms but I cannot tackle the "approve" or "refuse" choice, neither the "decision" content. Thanks a lot for your help on this.Chris

I have a form with multiple validation rules.  None of these rules are working but the formatting rules are working.  The validation rules contain fields where null is not allowed and fields required when another Yes/No field is Yes. I have tried using {Self} and the item property name but nothing works. Example: IsNullorEmpty({Self}), IsNullorEmpty(Anticipated) The fields for the list are a defined content type. I have exported the form and attached it.  

Hello,I'm extremely new to Nintex but in the process of building a form (classic form on-prem). I've applied a people picker field to the beginning of the form but will need to have the name entered in the people picker field, replicate to a text field at the end of the form. Is this possible? If so, could someone guide or help as I've been in search of this for weeks. Thanks!

Hi all, I am new here and new to nintex in general, i am trying to build a form, where i can either create a new one or edit and existing one, the way i am doing it is either by pressing new where a new form number will be automatically generated, or edit and then i can enter the form number manually.    my question is how can i configure the buttons i.e, when i press new a new form number will be autogenerated.      thank you

Hi all, and thank you for opening my question. So, I need to create a weekly report using Nintex, emails users details of forms that require attention on a SharePoint list. These forms need to be filtered, and it should only email the users the forms from the list that are "Expired" and NOT "Equipment based". HI,How can I load the choices subcategory when a choice is selected from option using repeating section in single line text.For example, let's say there are 4 choices A,B,C,D and subcategory of choice A are 1,2,3,4,5 that is to be loaded from SQL. Now, when A is selected we  should show A as choice and 1 as subcategory side by side, A as choice and 2 as subcategory and so on.
