Nintex Form - Validation Rules not working but Formatting Rules do work.

I have a form with multiple validation rules.  None of these rules are working but the formatting rules are working.  The validation rules contain fields where null is not allowed and fields required when another Yes/No field is Yes.

I have tried using {Self} and the item property name but nothing works.

Example: IsNullorEmpty({Self}), IsNullorEmpty(Anticipated)

The fields for the list are a defined content type.

I have exported the form and attached it.
