HELP PLEASE!
I would like to set a workflow that allows multiple items of a list be deleted after a few dates of been created.
For example: I created an item today and I want it to be automatically deleted after 5 days. Do you have any idea of how can I do that?

There are 2 ways, You use the out of box Sharepoint content retention policy, if you have access to this feature and can configure it, it is the best option but would be very dependent on the scenario and set up you have as it can have other side effects.
Alternatively, you can create a Nintex Site workflow that runs on a schedule, each day have the workflow check the list for any items that have passed the expiry date and delete them.
