Hi,Did anyone know where I can see all the activity about attended robots, e.g., robots and wizard status (successful running or not) and so on? In the Nintex Assistant, we could only see for the robot task queuesPlease CMIIW, Nintex Console Plus is a web-based orchestration and analysis tool for managing and controlling unattended robots, tasks and triggers. Meaning we could not see the dashboard for the attended robot.

I have a simple wizard where I need to copy four columns from excel and paste the values in fields of a web base application.My commands include:**Get worksheet (Excel worksheet actions DAC); Copy from Excel (range of cells into a variable); Get Array Data (using column delimiter, I am separating each column value into a variable, to later ‘input text’ in the application)My problem is when the command for Get Array Data pulls in the last column it also brings in the row delimiter and the value of the first column.    The command reads like this:  From the array stored in (my variable created from the Copy from Excel) Where items are delimited by $column delimiter$ Get the value of item #4 (since it is column 4).  My row delimiter is ***.  The value that is pulled in for the last column and stored in the variable reads something like this:  123456***123456789.  It pulls in the data in the last column AND the data in the first column of the next row.Any help you have to offer with this w

I am pulling in several fields from excel and splitting the columns out to fields on a webpage.  There is one of those split values that need to be pasted more than once - as in generating a password.  What options do I have to get that value in two boxes.  It will paste in the first cell, tab to the next cell but nothing happens.  Eventually the wizard will move past that point.

I am working on a wizard that copies data from excel to a website, resulting in the return of a new account number that I need to paste back to the same excel document.  Is that possible?  When completed, I would have all the original excel data used to create the account and the column following that data would be the new account number.

I suspect we’re suffering from the issue described in this post by @MParris. The fix for this issue is found in version v23.11.2.1, but I’m only able to find the release notes for v23.11.2.5, which don’t seem to mention anything related to the described issue. (https://public.kryon.io/RPA-Versions/23.11/23.11_Latest/23.11.2/23.11.2%20Release%20Notes.txt) Can anyone point me in the right direction to find release notes for previous versions of the program, like v23.11.2.1?  I’m hoping it’s not that we have to make a support case.  Thank you!

Using RPA, I am trying to capture a 16 digit number from a program and paste it to excel.  Either it will not copy it at all or it will copy it and change the last digit to 0.   I have tried using the commands ‘get html object text’ and ‘get html object value’.  Am I using the wrong command?

I would like to move a wizard from the development Studio to the Production Console.  How does that work?  I have not been able to find any notes on a Production Studio.  Would I have to export from the Dev Studio, then import to Prod Studio to be able to add the automated wizard to the Production Console?  

Nintex RPA - How do I extract data from excel and enter that data in a website?  The spreadsheet has one column.  I need to move from row to row until all the numbers have been used. Once the number is in the data field on the website, I then need to run a process and go back to excel and get the number out of the next row.  have been trying to use ‘get worksheet’ and ‘copy from excel’, but I don’t think I am on the right track.

I have a wizard that uses the chrome browser.  When I have finished all the tasks within, the wizard signs out of the application and needs to close the browser window.  How can I do that, please?  It could be in the documentation but I don’t know what to look for.  The windows ALT + F4 is what I am using now but I don’t know how to hold the ALT while the F4 is entered.  I am sure it is something simple but I am still new at this :)

A vendor sends us files daily, Monday through Friday, for processing.  We have an automation that processes the file and runs it through our systems.  Until it is fully implemented we have  to manually change the ‘current date’ in that automation to the last processing date.  Is there a way to have the system set the date to the last processing date when the file processed on Monday should use Friday’s date,  and Tuesday through Friday’s files will have the previous date (unless there is a holiday)?

I need to delete the contents on a defined Excel worksheet.  I am using the ‘delete from excel’ command but it has quit working.  I have tried several options but nothing seems to be working.  The data is in column A beginning at the first row.I tried using the ‘range’ [A1:ZZ100]; the ‘from’ column A row 1 to column A row [blank]; then changed up the ‘from’ to column 1 row 1 to column 1 row [blank]; and finally the ‘entire worksheet’.  Nothing is working.  I can delete the sheet values manually but the following day it will pick up where it left off.I am sure to be missing something simple….

I am trying to create a wizard to log in to a site but when I try to set up the command ‘insert username into active field’ I get an error message.  Do you know what I could be doing wrong?For Step 1, the process of launching the website is working.  The cursor is positioned in the User ID field.For Step 2, I try to drop the insert username command and choose the specific user for the site, but I get an error message:The following commands are not supported at this position and will be removed:  Insert username into active field.

Why are some commands not supported at certain positions within a wizard? Is there a set of guidelines that outline what commands can’t be used at which position and for what reason? Trying to build a wizard and inserted an Advance Command to check if an UI object exists but getting the message to say its not supported at that position.

Does anyone know how to use Parameters field in Run Script command? If I have, say, a python code as in the picture, how do I pass “testInputVariable” into the code to be used as variable a of function testFunction?

Hoping someone can provide a bit of an explanation on why fallbacks act a certain way when a wizard is initiated via the API or (I assume) the Nintex Console.It seems that if, for example, an object fails to be detected and the fallback for that is set to raise an error, that an error isn’t actually raised. Instead, the wizard just fails and closes. I assumed that one of 2 things would happen, neither of which did. The wizard would pop up with a box indicating what it was trying to find, similar to the “Do It” version of running a wizard.  The wizard would move to the Wizard end unsuccessfully section, since it is apparently going to end with a fail, which seems to be an unsuccessful end. However, since neither of these option happen, I’m a bit unsure what the point of the default “raise error” fallback is when it comes to these unattended wizards.  Thanks!

I have an advanced cmd to open a specific URL link in the default browser (msedge.exe). This advanced cmd had been working normally but in the last two weeks when ran the cmd just won’t open edge at all. The specific URL is in my list of applications and had been working previously. If I use any other website like  “Google.com” the “open url link” cmd works just fine.  Any idea why it would just stop opening the URL?

Hello Community & Support,I'm looking for a test management software tool to store and organize our test cases. Currently, we're using the Nintex RPA LE for automation testing. We've scripted the RPA to perform regression testing by fetching test cases from our SQL Server and updating their status to complete upon finishing. I'm wondering if there's a test management software tool compatible with Nintex that can directly update test case statuses and load test cases from the management software itself, rather than relying on a SQL Server.

Hello there, I am just getting started several certification path, Nintex RPA Developer being the first of them. During the first videos I got the feeling that that servers are cloud based, however, after installing Nintex RPA Studio 23.11.1.7 I get the same error each time I try to open it, “Cannot access Nintex Servers”. What am I missing? Do I need to install my own server service? The information regarding these setups is very sparse. My username is Kraftwerk87 (vrc@nextret.net) Could I get access to the community and maybe an advice or two about how to tackle these issues and the mentioned Learning Path? Thanks in advance.

I am a long time user of Nintex RPA LE (Foxtrot) who is looking for other users who are migrating to Nintex RPA that are also users of Fiserv Premier (Navigator).  I have recently had some success figuring out how to handle some of Fiserv’s nuances with the help of Professional Services, but I would love to have a Fiserv peer or peers to discuss some best practices.One thing I’m struggling with is if you are working a list from Excel, and you run into an error after you have already completed several items using the loop, how do you restart where you left off?  One way I’m planning to incorporate is to have all the data in a SQL table, pull in the first item available in a “Ready” status, immediately mark it as “In Process”, and then mark it as “Complete” once the process is complete.  The next time through will get the next item available in “Ready” status as the prior one is now marked as “Complete”.  The issue is that several users are hesitant to use a SQL source, and prefer to imp

Hi, I am trying to upload a file using REST API. I have used the “Get a file” action to fetch the file from Sharepoint Online. My next action is Integration - Call a web service to upload the file. Usually for web request, I would have inserted the file inside the request content/body. However, Nintex is not allowing to add the file which I saved as a variable in the request content.Any idea how I can include the file in the web request please. Get a file save the output in a variable names varObjOutputFile2 with type File. I am trying to insert the File on the request content but it’s not allowing me to do that.

Hello,I’m not sure if I’m misunderstanding how Global Variables work, or if this is a bug. Yesterday I setup a wizard to use the Set Global Variable command to create a global variable (Odd that there’s not an interface to work with global variables outside of a wizard).  Then, I changed that action to a Get Global Variable action, and was able to successfully retrieve that variables value and use it in a Wizard.  Today, If I use the Get Global Variable action, the global variable I created yesterday is no longer an option to choose from. I assumed that Global Variables were essentially permanent, but It seems like it was deleted at some point. Does anyone know if this is how Global Variables are supposed to work?Thank you​​​​​!
