Hi,

Did anyone know where I can see all the activity about attended robots, e.g., robots and wizard status (successful running or not) and so on? In the Nintex Assistant, we could only see for the robot task queues

Please CMIIW, Nintex Console Plus is a web-based orchestration and analysis tool for managing and controlling unattended robots, tasks and triggers. Meaning we could not see the dashboard for the attended robot.

Hello

In terms of tracking the status and activity of attended robots, while the Nintex Assistant currently provides visibility into robot task queues, more detailed activity and performance reporting can be accessed through the Nintex Report Generator.

Here are some of the key report types that can help you monitor robot activity, including success rates and usage statistics:

  • Wizard Use: Shows usage statistics, such as successful and failed wizards, along with usage data for different libraries.
  • Unanswered Queries: Lists instances where no results or no wizard was triggered after searching.
  • User Runtime Actions: Displays user interactions, such as clicks on bubble buttons or other key actions during wizard execution.

You can also track additional parameters such as user login history, sensor activity, and wizard catalog statistics.

Read more in this link.

We are actively working on expanding our product capabilities. It's on the roadmap, and we aim to introduce more extensive attended robot monitoring in future releases.

In the meantime, if you require more tailored insights, you also have the option to integrate third-party analytics into your database.

We will be happy to connect and learn more about your needs for attended monitoring.

Best regards,

The RPA team

Hi Yotam,

Thank you for your response. If possible, all the reports in the Nintex Report Generator can be moved to the Nintex Console as a single dashboard where we can see all the status, including whether the robot attended online or offline. Looking forward to seeing more features on the Nintex RPA roadmap.
