Nintex for SharePoint

Hi there, I need to find the sum of each the entry in a particular column Here is what the column looks like. As of right now, it just returns 996 instead of a  total of all three values.

Hi all,When wanting to edit a formula in the Nintex Forms Designer, the entry window extends past the right side, with no horizontal scroll bar as shown in the screenshot below :This occurs in Edge, Chrome and FireFox. Any clue to how I can resolve this? Currently this customer has Nintex Forms for SharePoint 2019 version 5.2.2.0 installed. Regards,jean-Pierre

Good day, I have a workflow that is not sending notifications to email recipients, this workflow shows the email task has been completed but the recipients are not getting those email notifications. The workflow history shows that the emails are sent, but the recipients are not getting those emails, Please help    

How do I use a specific Client Cert With Web Request in Workflow I have to pass a Cert to get a Token back  I can issue Request with PowerShell Postman and Thunder client with no issue however in the Web Request Action i do no see an option to add Cert file  I have no connection to Internet so using cloud solutions is not an option 

Nintex SharePoint 2019 Classic DesignerI am creating a heavily customized form with lots of JS/jQuery and rules.  With certain field types, I am having difficulty getting JS functions to trigger on change, so I was hoping there was a way to have a validation (or formatting) rule that could, when resolves to true, invoke a JS function.Thanks!

Hi, I believe I found a potential bug using Chrome.I'm working with a classic form in SharePoint/Nintex 2019.I have a label with an associated control for a required field. I've found that it is adding the red asterisk to the bottom of the label (instead of the top right of the text where it usually is).I tried deleting and recreating the label, no luck.I then tried editing the source and found that there was a <br/> tag.I deleted the tag, saved, saved the form, and previewed it, but it was still there.I checked Edit source and deleted the line break, went immediately back in and noticed that it was still there. I had been using Chrome this entire time so I switched to IE11 and it saved my changes without automatically adding the line break.Went back into Chrome to test the form, looks good.Went back into the label with Chrome and it started adding the line break again. It seems to be an issue specifically with Chrome, but I'm unsure why. 

I’ve been making a list on which users can sign up to a variety of events. On the nintex form they can choose which event they want to sign up for (it’s a choice column), and upon item creation a workflow starts that sends a confirmation email and stuff, and this workflow should also check if the user has already signed up for the same event, and if so, delete the entry again to prevent duplicate signups.The workflow should also check how many users in total have signed up for that event and check that against a participant limit. If users try to sign up while the limit was already reached, the workflow should instead put the entry on a backup list.I use a List Query to search the list for other entries by the user signing up (event is same, user is same, id is not same), and delete the new item if it finds any. I also use a List Query to count the number of entries in the list (event is same).This all seems to work quite well, the issue is if users enter multiple forms in quick succes

Hi there,I am struggling to create a site workflow that I think should be fairly simple.I’m creating a workflow that sends out a monthly email telling each employee (user) how many points they have at the end of the month from our employee reward system I have two lists (Users, Point History)The Users list stores Name, Email, and Employee ID The Point History list stores Total Points for each User and Employee ID  I’m trying to make a workflow that Queries both lists, matches the Employee ID from both lists together in order to assign each user total points and then sends out that info in an email.  Any tips or thoughts on how this can be achieved?   

At first this seemed to me like a basic parse, but somehow I couldn’t crack it, any help would be greatly appreciated. I have 3 collection variables. Quantity - 34; 45; Description - myRecord1; myRecord2; Price - 599;899;I want to build a string like this using Nintex workflow.Final Text / Desired Output - #34, myRecord1, $599 \n\r #45, myRecord2, $899How do I achieve this using Nintex workflow? 

Classic designer.  Client would like the panel background color to change once a combination of values is set to provide a quick visual clue.  I know how to set CSS in HTML via jQuery, just looking for a Nintex Form equivalent.  Basically looking for the setting of 5 or so radio buttons (Nintex Choice form fields).Of course, if there is a non custom solution (like a form rule that can alter the CSS)< I am all for that as well.I have always used responsive, so have no idea where to start as far as where to store scripts - can I call a newer version of jQuery than what is baked in?Thanks for any guidance!

Hi all, Is it possible using Nintex workflows to set up a workflow to query for an item (separate from the current item) and copy that queried item into another library. It seems that this is possible using the “Copy Item” action, however this action cannot copy into subfolders of a library.To break it down I would like to:Query for item based on certain criteria Copy the item to a folder within another library using the queried value (ID, URL, something else?)Thanks in advance 

When I click the link for View Notes on Nintex Workflow and Forms 2019 5.2.5.0 it opens up the Community.nintex.com homepage and doesn’t show the notes.  What was changed or fixed?

I have a lookup column that I use on a Nintex Mobile form. The list of values is fairly long, and occassionally the field personnel cannot find the value they are looking for,  I want to add an additional field - like an “Other” on a normal choice field.  This is not an option on a lookup, so I thought I would add a checkbox - “enter value” - which would disable and hide the lookup, and make available a free form entry field. Both the lookup and the text field would be mapped to the same SharePoint column.  Is this possible?  I know I have done in the past, and it seemed like an issue, and I don’t recall ever figuring out the “trick” to make it work.Thanks in advance!

This is in SharePoint 2016.I have an employee time tracking system where the employee submits time for a given week to specific projects, each entry is its own item. Example below.Employee Project Week  Time John Doe ABD 1 12 John Doe XYZ 1 16 John Doe LMNOP 1 4  I need to take the separate items, filtered to the specific week, keep them associated to that employee, add the total time entered, and update a single list item in a different list with the new information. Like below.Employee Total Week Time John Doe 32  I did look through this forum post, but I am uncertain that it will work since I need it to not be associated by ID, but by employee. I am not an expert in Nintex by any means either so the clearer the instructions the better.

How many? Which forms can be created using Nintex for SharePoint form designer? In Nintex Responsive form designer, form style can be changed from the form which properties pane? After deploying Nintex workflow custom actions, which services needs to be restart? The Rule Editor in Responsive Form designer has which comparison operatives ?

Hi All I Just want to know about how to replicate or enable missing control on Nintex Forms or Workflows created on-prem now that were are moving to a cloud solution.  Doing some migration using Sharegate is giving us some issues for this reason we decide to replicate forms and workflows but there are some missing controls than prevent us from complete this task.If is not there a solution, is there any workaround to make the proper changes on the Forms and Workflows after they were move from On-prem to Cloud?  Thanks in advance for all help. Regards 

I have a form where the user will input people which in turn will update a ‘Person/Group’ type column. This info will be used to alert the specified people by another workflow down the road. However, they should only be able to enter a total of 3 people.How can I set up a form rule to limit the amount of people the user can enter?

Hi, creating a survey form and we have 5 metrics (Strongle Agree, Agree, Nuetral, Disagree, Strongly Disagree).  I was wondering if there is away to hide the text and only show empty radio buttons meanwhile I will add the Label to show those 5 metrics.  This is to make the form look more efficient for our business owners.  e.g.  

In SP2016, I have a Nintex form. In the form, I want to do a validation.  This is how my validation looks like,((lessThan(Calc Annual Energy Usage - No VFD, 200000)) && (equals(VFDIncluded, false)))|| ((lessThan(Calc Annual Energy Usage - VHD, 200000)) && (equals(VFDIncluded, True)))||((lessThan(AnnualEnergyUsage (watts), 200000)) && (equals(calc EnergyUsage, "watts/kw")))However, my first condition is failing. How do I make all validation work. As you can see, I am using 3 OR statements. I want the Submit button to show up when the value is greater than 200000 for any one of the control. Any help would be appreciated. Regards,  Mayank Shyam

Good day,I have a multiline textbox for comments, and I have connected it to a multiline SharePoint column, however when user type their comments and save the form, the comments are always centered and not aligned to the left, I tried to change the alignment on the Nintex form it is not working. is there any way automatically set this multiline textbox to automatically align the text to the left?

Hi All,We have a Nintex O365 New Responsive form which has got 6 pages and is text-heavy. All the pages except 2nd page has got controls and text whereas the second page has only labels with text. When using the Print to PDF option, the content from 3rd page is overlapping to 2nd page and the output is becoming unreadable. Any ideas to fix it?ThanksAravind
