+1I have a form where the user will input people which in turn will update a ‘Person/Group’ type column. This info will be used to alert the specified people by another workflow down the road. However, they should only be able to enter a total of 3 people.
How can I set up a form rule to limit the amount of people the user can enter?
I’m assuming you use a Person/Group entry on the Nintex form that is connected to the column you want to fill. If you double-click on the entity in the forms editor to open its settings, you should be able to set the maximum entities under Advanced settings.
