  1. When a site Nintex workflow gets executed via an anonymous link, on which identity the workflow will run?

Hi @Sk.saba06,

 

  1. Off the top of my head it uses the workflow owners permissions.
  2. There is no Maximum that I am aware of and it is not stated in the help files.
  3. Classic forms and Responsive forms.

  4. To adjust theme settings for your form
    In the Designer tab of the Forms designer ribbon, click Properties.
    Expand the Theme section.
    To view advanced styles for input and button controls, click Advanced styles.

  5. No services need to be restarted.  When deploying the custom action the web.config file is updated and this causes an iisReset.
  6. All of them.
