Is there a way to extract data from an exchange receive an email trigger email since it outputs as HTML? I need to someone extract the name, email, course name and date from this email. Business is content on using the receive date as the date the course was taken. But the rest is in the body of the message and subject line. I proposed a string in the email body and then after running tests to apply regular expression, realized that it’s coming through as HTML. Is there an easy way?The end goal is to store the extracted data into a SPO list.

Hello,Is there any way to set a custom window title instead of showing "Nintex Forms for Office 365"? I checked the blog below, but this solution is not working as this blog is from 2015, and recently, because of the security changes, we can not use this type of hack. Solved: Re: Change window title Nintex Forms - Nintex Community Set Window Title in Nintex Forms for O365 — John Liu .NETDoes anyone know how we can set the title dynamically instead of having "Nintex Forms for Office 365"? Thank you,Rahul
I have a task with multiple tasks which have controls linked to other tasks. The tooltips of each linked control shows the source as ‘{{source}}’ and not the actual source. Can others verify they see the same thing? I’m about to put in a feature request to show the actual source and not just the generic ‘{{source}}’ in the tooltip. In this pic, I have 4 other tasks with identical controls. Each of those controls are linked to the controls in the pic. Some are linked multiple times. They all show the same tooltip which makes it so you cannot identify which source each is linked to. I’m putting in a feature request to get this fixed if it is, in fact, a feature and not a bug.

DocuSign is retiring the listRecipientNamesByEmail API endpoint as part of improvements to its system architecture and security posture.Nintex has already updated DocGen to support this change. Most customers do not need to take action. You only need to review this change if you use the DocuSign Delivery Option in Nintex DocGen for Salesforce.Who should review this? This change only applies to customers using the DocuSign Delivery Option in Nintex DocGen for Salesforce. If you use any other delivery option, no action is needed. What’s changing? The only change is how recipient names are resolved for DocuSign delivery. Before the change:If the recipient name configured in DocuSign was different from the recipient name configured in your DocGen Package, the DocuSign name would override it. After the change:The recipient name configured in your DocGen Package delivery option is used as-is. Recipient names configured in DocuSign will no longer override it. Hi Community,We have a workflow that generates a PDF agreement and sends it for e-signature using Nintex AssureSign.Once the document has been signed, the workflow stores the signed PDF agreement in a SharePoint folder structure organized by Customer ID and the current date.We now need to submit the signed PDF agreement for government stamping. As part of this process, the workflow needs to retrieve the signed PDF from the SharePoint folder. We have tried using the Get a File and Query a List actions; however, the workflow is unable to locate or read the signed PDF from the destination SharePoint folder.Could you please advise on the recommended approach for retrieving a signed PDF file from a SharePoint document library when the folder path is dynamically generated based on Customer ID and date?Any guidance, best practices, or sample configurations would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance for your assistance.Liy Liy

We are running Nintex Workflows on SharePoint Server Subscription Edition (SE), and we’re experiencing issues with some workflows not running. When I run Get-SPTimerJob, the LastRunTime for both ‘Nintex Workflow Maintenance Job’ and ‘Nintex Workflow Scheduler’ shows as 1/1/0001 12:00:00 AM.I confirmed that the SharePoint Timer Service is running, so it appears the issue may be related to Nintex. I’ve read that running UninstallTimerJob followed by InstallTimerJob may resolve the problem.Questions:Are these the correct steps? We have two servers—do I need to run these commands on both servers? Also, what could cause this issue to occur?Any guidance or troubleshooting tips would be really appreciated.
